This is what it was like from the first time I phoned Groove Auto and Zac answered to when Zac had my wifes car delivered to my driveway 52 minutes away! I don't know if Zac can top this. My feeling is he can because he's been doing this all of his life. This may sound corny, but I have purchased uhmmm 8 new cars over the years? This is the best experience I have ever had. For this car, I talked to 9 or 10 Ford, Subaru, Toyota, Honda and Mazda dealerships! I can't believe there is anyone at Groove that is better. You will want to call Zac and try him out. Great, fast experience I showed up an hour before Groove Ford was going to close. They found the car I wanted quickly and it was freshly detailed. Great buying experience. I ordered my new Raptor a couple of months ago and it finally arrived. Overall it's was the best and easiet buying experience I've ever had. During the order process the GM Ryan Sherman helped me build my dream truck. We discussed many of the smaller details ex. Bedliner, decals and other accessories and Ryan took the time to walk me all over the dealership to show me the options he was suggesting on trucks he had in inventory. When I arrived at the dealer my truck was ready to go and sitting on the showroom floor with a nice sold sign hanging from the mirror. Zac took over and did an excellent job going over the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he took the time to make sure I had everything just how I wanted before leaving. I had such a good experience I'm actually going back tomorrow to get my wife a new ride. Well done guys. More
