I felt they were listening to what I wanted and did not try to force a car on me. They were knowledgeable about their cars and answered all my crazy questions. $750 Rebate - 2016 Ford Explorer ... WOW I got a call from Groove Ford stated there was a Ford rebate for my 2016 Ford Explorer. I didn't believe it at first since I purchased the vehicle ab I got a call from Groove Ford stated there was a Ford rebate for my 2016 Ford Explorer. I didn't believe it at first since I purchased the vehicle about a year ago, but when I was in there for service, I stopped by at the Sales Desk and there was a check for me for $750! I couldn't believe it. I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. It is awesome. Thanks for the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer! More

Fair price, friendly staff. Overall I was happy with the experience I had at Groove Ford. The staff was friendly and I feel like I got a fair price. My only complaint would be that I received the car with the front license plate bracket already drilled into the bumper. There are aftermarket Solutions that do not require Drilling so I would have preferred they're not to be any holes in my bumper. I appreciate that they supplied the license plate bracket but it should be left up to the customer whether it is used or not. More
