Good til got to Finacing When we first walked into this dealership we were looking for a truck. Our sales man Carlton was awesome, no complaints on him at all, the sales manager (don't remember his name)that day, was detailed and answered every question we had. He did his best to get the best deal and price for the truck we got. Lets just say that day was good. This not being my 1st vehicle bought from a dealership I knew the process of buying. Little did we know what was going to happen next. The finance person Julia was the worst I have EVER had to deal with. A bad experience with her for over two months if not longer. With all this going on I got in contact with a manager named Adam. Adam was great! He got things handled right away, what took over two months was done within days and questions where answered with minutes with Adam. I believe one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch, but I would not recommended a friend or family member to this dealership because of having to deal with that one bad apple. More

If you have any problems or issues be sure that they don't care! No one will help you and solve your problems. They absolutely don't respect carriers! I've been in this business for more than 4 years and I've never seen such ignore attitude! I have a 5-star rating of the carrier, we have arrived at the spot March 11th to get car picked up. But vehicle has been picked up March 6th. We asked for dry-run fee , cause we spent our time , fuel and money to get there , but they've just laughed at us, telling they will add $50 for next car. Nobody at their company tried to solve the situation. Jeremy and Bryan Haarhues did nothing but kept hung up on me. And some girl at their service told me i have called to a hospital and i should quit bothering them , but the thing is , that i've messages from number that i've dialed , showing gatepass for vehicle , meaning that they lied to me. The company's management knows this, but does nothing. Why do we need such a company, if I have to solve all my problems myself? I would give them 0 stars if i could Do not mess with them if you do not want to work for free. More

It has been over six months since the purchase and I am still trying to get the dealership to make good on a "we owe". Found out today that both the sales person who wrote up the deal, as well as the sales manager I reached out to via email months ago still work at the dealership. They simply decided to stop returning emails...apparently in hopes that I would forget about the "we owe" or drop it altogether. More

Great experience no pressure sales We came into Groove Ford as we had been comparing the Edge & Explorer online. Having owned an Explorer before we were trying to decide between 4x4 or We came into Groove Ford as we had been comparing the Edge & Explorer online. Having owned an Explorer before we were trying to decide between 4x4 or all wheel drive. We meet with Samantha , She is very friendly, not high pressure & knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and explained some of the incentives that were available at that time as we weren't sure if we wanted to wait until after the New Year. We test drove the Edge on our first visit and as she had another appointment waiting for her we chose to come back later. We scheduled an appointment with her to check out an Explorer we saw in there inventory. She also emailed us info on both the cars along with what intensives were available. Needless to say we chose the Explorer and we Love It! Financing was very simple Kate went through with us step by step and we also got the extended warranty, Thanks Kate for your patience. Samantha went through everything with us answering all our questions before we left that night with our new car, she even set up the My Ford App. Thank you for everything! More

I love my car I came into the dealership because I had seen a car online. I wanted that Diamond and Pearl color and you happen to have one. I had no intention of ac I came into the dealership because I had seen a car online. I wanted that Diamond and Pearl color and you happen to have one. I had no intention of actually buying car that day. But after I saw the car and drove it I decided it was the one for me. After about the car I took it to the Chevy dealer here and they ran it through all the tests and it turned out great. So I'm very happy that I did that. I am enjoying the car. I didn't buy a Ford but it won't let me put in GMC so that is the car that I actually bought More

We found another truck that fit my budget and ended up purchasing it. I had a great experience with Steev, Scottie, and Russell and never felt pressured. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. More

He is very personable without seeming fake or pushy, which made it feel like we were buying a car from a good friend - one whom we can trust and would want to visit again for any future purchases. We had gone into the Groove Ford on Arapahoe just to look at a used car in order to compare it with another one we planned to buy from another dealership. After showing us the used car, we asked Ken about his thoughts on some other models, and his expertise about a variety of vehicles was very evident. Ken then pointed out some amazing deals on brand new cars. Because of his sincere approach to helping us as well as his efficiency in getting things moving quickly, we walked out not much later having purchased a new Escape, which we love! We are very grateful for salespeople like Ken who ARE NOT preoccupied with making a sale, pushy, or pretentious. He restores our faith that there are very good salespeople out there who made buying experiences enjoyable and who don't act ridiculous in trying so hard to impress or act equally ridiculous acting like the customer doesn't really matter. If you ask for Ken at Groove, you won't be disappointed. More
