Complaint Regarding Finance Dept. We purchased a new vehicle from Groove Ford. The Finance person that processed the purchase had 7 different lenders pull individual credit reports. We purchased a new vehicle from Groove Ford. The Finance person that processed the purchase had 7 different lenders pull individual credit reports. My credit score went down 76 points as a result. I am very angry and disappointed. I will never recommend Groove Ford. I was very resistive to his attempts to convince me buy the different protection plans and other items and i am now suspicious that he did this on purpose. I asked him about the process of finding the best interest rate and this xxxxxxxx happens. It will take months to repair my credit. More

Had my truck 2 days and I had an early appointment.. this place is to busy!! Service people are near impossible to contact. Phone rings and rings. I also had a few questions after the sale that she was extremely helpful with. I will go back to Groove Ford when I am interested in another vehicle.
