Great (or so I thought) initially, but after fixing the first problems I've gotten no response from them (after reaching out via phone & email). They've listed the wrong buyer information on all documents submitted to Ford, so I can't even access my own Extended Service Plan that I was conned into purchasing (that increased my loan term by a year and a percentage point). A few further fit and finish issues I can't get any response on (I've called 3 times, and have emailed the person who I dealt with regarding the initial issues - some scratches and damaged interior components, to no call back or emailed response) regarding the driver seat on my EcoSport shifting slightly when driving (turning), as well as not a full seal on doors (washing the car I can find soap in the interior, past the water sealing, on both the driver side door and the rear hatch). Only thing they've done since fixing the original issues of damaged interior (looks like there were burns either from factory or from them using the vehicle as a loaner or something) and scratches on the vehicle is send me a second temporary plate due to COVID. Finally, purchasers of new vehicles are supposed to get 42,000 FordPass rewards points - which is good for about 3 oil and filter changes, yet I can't get that due to them submitting the wrong buyer information (although the fact they used it as a loaner was mentioned by the Ford customer specialist, she did say that I should still get them). Ford's only answer is to contact the dealer. I've done this, and have avoided driving the 35 minutes down to their location due to COVID. More

I had a great experience at Groove Ford, everyone I worked with was awesome, especially my sales person Gavin. I bought a truck and added a lift, tires, and other things to it. He was great with staying in communication with me letting me know expected times lines. There were a couple of items that took longer than expected which no fault to Gavin, but he was very apologetic and even went the extra mile to bring me the truck to my residence with a full tank of gas and nicely detailed. I highly recommend Groove Ford and definitely ask for Gavin. Guaranteed you will make new friend. More

My experience with Groove Ford has been hit and miss. Some experiences are good and some are horrible. Lately, the service department has been horrible. I had the rear brakes replaced recently on my F-150. It took them over 7.5 hours to complete a 1 hour job due to not having parts in stock (I guess I'm the only F-150 they have ever had to work on) or people available to work on my truck. In July, I had my sunroof repaired. Yesterday, I noticed it was leaking (it took a while to notice since it doesn't rain a lot in CO). I called Groove Ford. It took five attempts before Service answered the phone. All they could tell me was to bring it in an leave it, and they don't have any loaner vehicles for me. This is my only vehicle, so leaving my truck for several days with nothing else to drive is not a solution. Also, it is supposed to snow in CO this weekend. So, because of their poor workmanship, I'm going to have water all in the cab of my truck. Groove Service couldn't care less. More
Rating is ZERO. Service is beyond bad. This team couldn't organize a two horse parade. Took my truck in for a friday scheduled appointment. They didn't look at until Saturday. However, what they didn't tell me was that the technician I needed is available on Saturdays. They knew that specific technician was needed because they knew the issue. Over the course of 8 days, I received 1 phone call. I had to call in order to get information. They didn't order the part until Wednesday. Was then told truck would be ready on Friday. Nope. "Part didn't arrive early enough to get job done". Once again, "special technician" doesn't work Saturdays, so now I am being told it will be ready on Monday, MAYBE. STAY AWAY More

It's his first time buying and he had worked hard and saved to put down a pretty reasonable down payment to get the truck he wanted. We had looked at other places and he was denied because of NO CREDIT or LACK OF, the first time I ever thought that this would be a reason not to get approved for purchase. He found his truck here at Groove Ford and called and schedule an appointment with you(Dan) and I can honestly say that you made us feel welcomed and like family. You treated my son as a young adult and with much respect. My son didn't think that he was going to get approved again so while waiting his feeling became overwhelmed with disappointment. You took the time to sit with him to reassure him that you wouldn't quit until we exhausted every way to make sure he got approved. I can't recall any salesperson ever going above and beyond. Before he was approved you had the truck washed and cleaned and ready that's how confident you were in getting this deal done for him.
