I scheduled to bring in my vehicle because I was having issues with molding and other warranty items. I asked for a loaner and the manager said no. I cannot go to work and have my vehicle in service. Plus items are covered under a Ford warranty which includes a loaner. Well, a sales manager got me on the road with a car but my vehicle sat there for 6 weeks not being looked at. Plus when I was told to come get pick it up, it was not even fixed and now the items that needed work are worse off. More
took my 2018 f150 platnum in for service. when I picked it up the windshiel washer fluid was still empty - it was checked off on their sheet as completed. So, I can't do business at Groove Ford again, as they can't be trusted to perform the needed service inspections. And apparently don't care when they get caught... More

The car was all wheel drive so you have to change all 4 tires at once. Their service manager put the tire that went flat back on and said it was “fine”. They begrudgingly agreed to put new tires on and only after I said I’d return the car if they didn’t put new tires on the car. Once we got the new tires, which took them 3 days, in the next 24 hours the check engine light came on and my independent mechanic pulled 3 codes. We had had enough and retuned the car. The crappy service continued. It took them 10 days to return our $15k down payment, even though the check had cleared and was in their account. They absolutely SUCK, except for the finance manager Hannah. She was great. Felt like they didn’t care it was a lemon and potentially unsafe for my family and I. More

We had a great team that was able to get a deal that worked for us. If it wasn't for Art texting me the night before and Kyle calling to comfirm our appointment we probably would have not came out to p worked for us.
