Took over 30 days to correct two extremely easy to diagnose and repair issues. And then after all the lying about the wrong parts being sent and damaged parts being received (they ordered the incorrect parts) we received our vehicle back with damage to the interior drivers side door. There apparent gouges from the technician getting in and out of the car on top of it being filthy was the last straw. When the service advisor didn’t return my call I got in touch with the Service Manager, Bijan. Let me tell how rude and dismissive he was. He informed that they did not perform any work on the interior of the vehicle so it’s not their issue. I tried explaining the damage was not there when I dropped it off and he told me to take back to the dealership where we bought. I didnt buy the vehicle with damage so why would I take it back to them? Please, please, please do not take your vehicle here. It’ll sit in a back lot for days unaddressed and incorrectly diagnosed. The staff’s communication is awful and they dismiss all issues and concerns blaming someone or something for their shortcomings. More
We came to check out a Ford Bronco sport after calling around to find one, and were taking out time checking out the interior and trunk space. Just as we were about to get in to drive, another salesperson around to find one, and were taking out time checking out the interior and trunk space. Just as we were about to get in to drive, another salesperson came out, extended her arm to our salesperson and said “this car has been sold, give me the keys” then kept insisting “keys, keys, keys” like a toddler until he handed them over. Not getting to even drive the car after making an appointment was frustrating, and the way she handled the situation made it much worse. It’s a low-inventory market, so I get that it can be competitive, but Groove is handling that poorly. More

I went in to get my car serviced and had a few inquiries about window tinting and when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by Anne and told her what I needed and she was very helpful in directing me on wh about window tinting and when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by Anne and told her what I needed and she was very helpful in directing me on which correct department to go too. As well when I was asking about window tinting, she had very quick response and set me up with a vendor to do so which was very helpful and overall, have been very satisfied with my experience and appreciated the fact that I didn't need to talk to several other employees to get my request taken care of. While waiting on an oil change I was wondering through the showroom. I was avoiding all sales people because they are just the worst. Anne was friendly and not a sales person. My salesperson Kalie Vogeler was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable, she handled everything from A-Z perfectly, even the financing where she got me an even better rate than we had origin professional and knowledgeable, she handled everything from A-Z perfectly, even the financing where she got me an even better rate than we had originally talked about. My whole process from when I first met her, the test drive, the easy negotiation for a fair deal, the finance paperwork, setting up my new Ford App, and putting on the temp tag to drive home only took a couple of hours, and was all handled by Kalie herself flawlessly.
