Teddy did a good job for me, communicated well and often and helped me achieve my goal on purchasing the vehicle I came in for. The team had 2.5 full days to clean the vehicle from when I gave my deposit to when I paid and picked up. They waited until I was there, ready to pick up to start cleaning it. I thought the vehicle would be ready for me to pick up. It was rushed. The carpets were left soaking and squishy wet as if it got sprayed with a hose, water left behind in the carpets and crevices of the interior. Just soaked, and since it's winter, the water is now freezing and the interior of the vehicle is frozen. The whole back of the vehicle is still full of crumbs, dog hair and left overs from the previous owners, gum on the rear interior. It really didn't get cleaned at all and it being clean was the one and only thing I had actually requested. I'm a mom of 2 small children and I own and operate a business. I was looking forward to starting fresh in a clean vehicle but now I have to do it myself or pay someone to do it. I am dissapointed that I got put on the back burner for 2.5 days and recieved a crappy rush job when I came to pick up. Other than the cleaning detail, I am generally satisfied with the service I recieved. More

Took our 2011 Lincoln MKX (Ford Edge) in for a leaking Power steering hoes replacement. The mechanic did not know what he was doing and they destroyed the power steering pump in the steering rack. They took no responsibility for it the car is worse now then when we took it in. Now they tell me the TPU needs to be replaced! And they had the car for over a month! What ever you do DO NOT let Groove work on your car!!!! More
