Working together with the sales manager, they gave me a fair price on my trade in and with the rebates and incentives came up with a very attractive package. They were very professional and friendly. When we picked the truck up, it was showroom condition. Will be coming back for needed service and a price on a car when we replace the one we have. More

I ordered and purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition I was replacing my 2011 Ford Expedition and ordered a 2015. The new design is fantastic. We have a 2011 Ford Edge and Todd as been great to work with even though we purchased it in Colorado from another Dealer. We have the option to have it serviced in our home town, but feel the short drive t with even though we purchased it in Colorado from another Dealer. I was having a tough time locating the truck I wanted in the Milwaukee, WI metro area. Some dealers had the vehicle, but played hard ball with the price. A good friend suggested I call Grinwald Ford in Watertown, as he had been favorably impressed with their professionalism when he purchased his last Ford vehicle. I took his advice and was extremely pleased with the entire purchase process. I spoke directly with John Grinwald, let him know what I was looking for, and he had his sales manager return my call that evening with several F150 Fx4s that had the options I was looking for. I decided on the one that best suited my needs, and was quoted a price that beat any that I had previously heard. I ended up purchasing the vehicle the following weekend. The entire process was outstanding. They took the time to listen to my needs. They immediately acted on them. And then they quoted a price that closed the deal. I also was impressed with their professionalism. I recommend them highly. Without a doubt, they will be my first and only call when I'm in the market next. More
