Condescending I called about a problem I'm having with my remote start. After explaining the problem, the response I received was " I suppose we'll have to setup a I called about a problem I'm having with my remote start. After explaining the problem, the response I received was " I suppose we'll have to setup an appointment and hopefully it will duplicate what's happening. When I arrived the service person began to explain how the fob had a low frequency, etc, etc. I showed him that the car did not respond when activated. They took the car in and about a 1/2 hour later the manager tells me they checked it out and it works fine and then proceeds to give information that he printed out on the to use the fob to start the car. I felt I was being treated like a fifteen year old and this was the first time I had ever used this type of system. There is a saying that the salesmen sells you the first car and the service department sells you the second car. This service department needs to think about that. I called John Grinwald and told him how disappointed I was in my treatment. More

We opted to lease this vehicle instead of a purchase and we had a monthly budget in mind.
