Recall service apt I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) 4 -5hrs. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hrs. Chelsea was good in getting me the extended warranty needed for the car. She had all the info and paperwork needed to accomplish it quickly. We wanted an extended service contract as well as undercoating, she laid out the different options and the associated costs and that was that. No pressure what so ever.
