Recall service apt I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) 4 -5hrs. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hrs. Chelsea was good in getting me the extended warranty needed for the car. She had all the info and paperwork needed to accomplish it quickly. I have always had a great experience with the people @ Grinwald Ford, and their response to my needs. More

Its things in life, that matter the most. Onto the finance department, zero pressure on extended warranties and other things that typical finance people do in the car buying world. We wanted an extended service contract as well as undercoating, she laid out the different options and the associated costs and that was that. No pressure what so ever. A complete side note, the finance lady Chelsea, she should be a model, absolutely stunning. More
