Bill was friendly, beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After some discussion, Bill let me know that Ford was offering 1.9 financing, so from there I went to talk with John. He explained the financing, warranty options, etc. John was very knowledgeable and entertaining :) With that being said, I picked up my new used 2014 Ford Edge tonight and am extremely happy with my purchase!! Thanks for making it a great experience!! More

I talked with Bill, he found the car they wanted and brought the car in. We bought the car and they love it. Bill treated my elderly parents with dignity. I can't tell you how much that means to everyone involved. All the people at Grinwald are nice to be around. No pressure, just quality people trying to help you find the vehicle you want and get you thru the process. It's nice to see a business today doing things right for their customers. Those guys covered it all. And when it was all finished we were asked if there were any questions we said no because everything was so well covered and thoughtfully explained More

VERY HAPPY NEW CAR OWNER FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! Bill seemed to know just what I wanted. We talked for a while and I test drove a Kia, he suggested to try a Ford Escape.
