Traded 2 cars in and got fair pricing from dealer (fair pricing according to Kelly Blue Book). Told dealership needed purchase appointment to be expedient, appointment lasted about 2 hrs long (2 hrs = good considering included negotiating price of 1 car being purchased & value of 2 cars trading in). At dealership I worked mostly with Bill Maron and John Foltz, both very helpful & customer focused. More

Missing the Mark on Customer Service I was given a hybrid vehicle as a loaner. When the vehicle was explained to me I was told it was going to run on battery and that the gas was the bac I was given a hybrid vehicle as a loaner. When the vehicle was explained to me I was told it was going to run on battery and that the gas was the back-up. The service person told me that normally they ask the customer to put the gas back in the tank they used, but told me I wouldn't have to because it was going to run on the battery. I asked many questions as I had not driven a vehicle like this before. On my way to work the next morning the first thing that happened was the low fuel light came on. Remembering what the service person told me I didn't feel concerned at first as it was supposed to be running on the battery and not on gas. When I couldn't stomach it any further I called the dealership and the person I talked to said oh my god you need to put gas in that vehicle. OK, really? I told him what was told me when I picked it up and he said I don't know why someone would say that. Well, they did. I asked him why they gave me a vehicle that was on empty when it relied on using gas. He told me that I need to understand how busy they are and that they don't have time to check. I guess they don't have time to give the right instructions either. I will not go back. More
