Great Car Buying Experience! This was the best car buying experience in many years. My wife and I decided to replace both of our vehicles. After a lengthy search of the internet, This was the best car buying experience in many years. My wife and I decided to replace both of our vehicles. After a lengthy search of the internet, we found exactly what we were looking for and a price we knew to be fair at Grinwald Ford in Watertown. We met with the salesman, Bill Maron, and worked with him to make our final selections and work out the pricing. Absolutely no pressure, very friendly and accommodating. The administrative part of the purchase was handled by John Foltz. Same great attitude, very detailed in explaining all of the intricacies of the registrations and warranties. Between Bill and John, we had all of our questions answered. Bill finalized the experience with a complete tour of the vehicle/s and a demonstration of every feature on the them. We were able to leave the dealership with a good understanding of the vehicles many features. I am completely satisfied with my purchase experience, and the professional treatment I received from the staff at Grinwald Ford. I will recommend them to others without hesitation. Very Pleasant Experience We are now living out of state, having previously lived in Watertown, but have known John Grinwald and John Munzel for a long time.
