I scheduled an appointment online to have my transmission flushed. When I arrived, I was told the online program did not keep up with their scheduling. I was told I was called to let me know and a voicemail flushed. When I arrived, I was told the online program did not keep up with their scheduling. I was told I was called to let me know and a voicemail was left for me. I checked my phone log and no call was received from them and no voicemail was left for me. In this day of electronics, to blame the problem on the program is sad. I was headed out on vacation and had no time to reschedule somewhere else. It has been 7 years since I went to a dealership for service and it will probably be another 7 before I go back. More
