My experience with Bill was very pleasant. I just got the truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will b truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will be covering the cost of repairs!! For being 3hrs away a day not being able to bring it back to them, this proved that they care about excellent customer service relationships! More

The weather may have been crummy the day I purchased my F-150 but the service was great! Bill was a very personable salesman and John was very friendly. Both got my son some sweet Ford swag also! Bill provided outstanding customer service. He explained all the new features of the Edge very well. We know his door is always open if we have questions with the technology. He came in on his day off so we all the new features of the Edge very well. We know his door is always open if we have questions with the technology.
