Came in for an oil change & tire rotation, and couldn't believe I was in and out in no time. Very impressed with such great service! Jeep has been in the shop for more than 2 weeks for warranty work. How is it doing? When will it be done (estimate)? Who knows? I have texted the service number they sent- never any response. When I call, I get a round robin of people to talk to. After the first week, finally talked to Jeff, who said he didn't know answers to any of my questions, engine might need to be taken apart (don't know after about a week?), no loaners available, still. So, 16 days with no vehicle or communication. I hope everything is going well in the shop. More

Terrible customer service. Incorrectly installed my alternator causing it to die on the freeway with pregnant wife and 2 year old in the car. Said they couldnt look at it for 3 weeks. My car has been here 5 different times total for a single issue and they have only made it worse. push pull or tow your car away from this dealership as fast as possible. More

Do not go to this dealership, their service department is terrible. I bought a 2021 Jeep from them and 4 months later it had “lost” all it’s a/c coolant. I took it there assuming it would be covered under my terrible. I bought a 2021 Jeep from them and 4 months later it had “lost” all it’s a/c coolant. I took it there assuming it would be covered under my extended warranty, but they found nothing wrong and charged me $600 to refill it. Either they sold me a car with no coolant or they have no idea how to troubleshoot a car. To top this off, they were rude, dismissive and did nothing but make excuses. You’d think if they sold a car that needed that type of repair they would at least do something, but they don’t care. Run away from them. More

I brought a jeep and at 48,000 the powertrain control module the alternator and the starter had to be replaced with no type of warranty on it. Then after I question the price they gave me the general man module the alternator and the starter had to be replaced with no type of warranty on it. Then after I question the price they gave me the general manager chuck threatened to double the price of the labor they did. Also they gave us a rental car free a charge and then after a week or two tried to tell us we owe $40 a day after they told us it was free. I would not buy a Jeep because you will have problems and if you question anything they're going to double whatever they did and get money out of you. More
