Hello. I had a question why we did this review. I saw all customers suffering in fact and in google reviews and nothing solved. I sent my I bought a 201 I had a question why we did this review. I saw all customers suffering in fact and in google reviews and nothing solved. I sent my I bought a 2018 grand Cherokee from home someone and after one month I found overheating. I asked for diagnosis because the cooling fan stopped running after 2 big mechanics said it’s not the fan it’s something an electric you need to go to dealership they will give you the right diagnosis. I asked them for that . And I explained that I just bought the car and I need to diagnose and if I fond something expensive I will just pay for the diagnostic test and then I’ll sell it as is or trade with a new car. If I find something decent I’ll make fix it with you plus all . Maintenance the car need and I will keep the car for a while. A couple hours later they told me it’s the fan 😀🙄 all mechanics in The neighborhood said it’s not the fan after the test it and it’s something in Electric you need the dealer computer they will give you the right diagnosis so automatically I trust it for them and I fix the fan plus extra work cost me 3000+ plus one day after I found the same issue overheating 🥵. I went to the dealership again. They said we understand your problem and we will take care of that. I said OK please fix it. I don’t wanna spend any extra more money. I told you from beginning . Five day after they said, we use someone from other dealership to help our electrician because he can’t find what the problem and he discover some stuff and you will just be for the parts and we will take care of the labor diagnostic. They keep it more than 2 weeks and asked me for extra 1500$ plus and some bad stories after and because I have no time to deal with the unreasonable employees just . And after I went there and asked for the manager they took me to the same person he has no authority to solve and he just west your time until you feel let me get out of here first and last time. The good point after he made something like 180 or 200$ Discount and I pay like 1300+ something they said it’s fixed now I hope this time it’s fixed because I need to now who’s the expert from outside the dealership who helped them and give them right diagnosis at least deal with him in the future Thanks More

Communication about my car repair after an accident was very poor. My car was held hostage because insurance wasn’t paying the final invoice…only to find out it was Griffin who hadn’t sent the final invoic very poor. My car was held hostage because insurance wasn’t paying the final invoice…only to find out it was Griffin who hadn’t sent the final invoice to the insurance company. We will be looking for new insurance provider and probably a new service center…which is a shame because we purchased our last new car at Griffin and will be shopping again in a year or so. I think Griffin has lost us as a customer. More
