Dropped truck off for Monday appt. Service advisor John call me Monday to inform me engine was blown. 6-12 months for repair. All under factory warranty TRX Hellcat motor . He advised me to take to dealership that I bought it from. When I tried contacting John leaving messages no return call. Finally talk to Asst mgr Dennis which was a great help better John. Said not to have loaner car for me and as much as Dennis they would like to do the work but have no vehicle to give me So I had to have it towed to Ewald Dennis did a great job explaining the situation to me I wished I could have had the work done there but I needed a vehicle. More
