Trey is a horrible evasive confrontational incompetent service writer. Only answers with vague nonanswers. Doesn’t seem to know anything about cars. I had a 10:00am appointment and it took 6 hours to diag service writer. Only answers with vague nonanswers. Doesn’t seem to know anything about cars. I had a 10:00am appointment and it took 6 hours to diagnose my fuel pump which probably took about 20 minutes. Had to ask Trey to do his job. Tech was knowledgeable and helpful. More
