When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by name and asked if any additional services needed to be done besides the routine maintenance. Service employee turn over rate is very high. That should tell you something. Service writer told me my problem was that I bought a Dodge, in front of my salesman! at a Dodge dealer! They have taken apart my front console so much that trim screws are falling out and nothing is aligned and problem has never been fixed. Warranty work with no care. There is no empathy from them. Never spend your money here. More
