Sales people are great. Service department in the PI location lacks customer service. New truck with 4000 miles on it stalled in town. Called service and spoke to service manager and asked if I could have a vehicle brought to me across town so I could transfer groceries and people then they could attempt to drive it to the dealership. He said he couldn’t do that and my only option was to have it towed, he didn’t have an answer as to what I was supposed to do with the groceries and people in my vehicle. I ended up having to call the salesman I bought the truck from to get any assistance at all. He sent a vehicle over, like I asked the service manager to do, so I could transfer everything over and the mechanic who brought me the vehicle drove my truck back. Which, he struggled to get back to the dealership. This is my fourth vehicle through Griffeth, I’ve always had an exceptional experience with sales. I’ve never had issues with service in the Caribou location, but I will never bring my truck back to PI for service unless I have no other choice. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. If my decision to buy another vehicle from Griffeth was based on this experience with the service manager I’d never buy another vehicle there, luckily I’ve had a great experience with sales. More
