Do not trust what they tell you on the phone! !! I made an appointment over the phone to test drive a vehicle today. It's the hard-to-find Corolla Cross, so I was excited they had some available. !! I made an appointment over the phone to test drive a vehicle today. It's the hard-to-find Corolla Cross, so I was excited they had some available. We drove 30 minutes from Massachusetts to the dealership, only to be told they don't actually have any available to test drive, but some are coming in a couple weeks. When I asked why I was allowed to make an appointment for a car that didn't exist, the sales rep informed me that they use a "third party" to schedule appointments and their job is to get customers through the door. The manager said this third party cannot see specific details on which cars are there and which ones are in transit, which is a problem because I'm sure this isn't the first time that's happened. They apologized for the inconvenience, but what a scummy business practice. I wasted an hour of my time for nothing. Looks like I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem looking at their reviews. More

I had my first visit to service and it was beyond my expectations. They were professional, punctual and did an outstanding job installing my mud flaps. Angel Perea was a pleasure to deal with. He actually knew all about the different lines of cars and helped me find the one that fit my budget. He helped negotiate the trade in value of my car. I was disappointed that the price point was above the MSRP but I shopped two other dealerships and both were above the MSRP. A strange new world. The delivery was smooth, financing found a better rate for me than Toyota was offering and they dealt with the DMV. I added mud flaps and Jake in service gave me a nice discount since I purchased the car from Grieco. I am very pleased and would purchase again from Grieco. More
