15 words, not enough but they have gone downhill since last year. Cocky service guy, don't buy anything but Toyota because I switched to a car off the lot. 6 months later it's, " sorry we only service Toy last year. Cocky service guy, don't buy anything but Toyota because I switched to a car off the lot. 6 months later it's, " sorry we only service Toyotas. " Buyer beware. If your service guy sounds like cherch or chong just smoked a bowl, that's the ignorant person I spoke with . Who in fact refused to give his name and hung up on me. There's nice people still there but customer service after you buy is worthless. I've even sent customers to there and they bought vehicles. That won't happen again. More

So when I saw Bruce walk by i asked him if there were any new vehicle’s he said not right now maybe in a couple of weeks. So we sat with him and he told us what he had coming in. We decided to go with the Toyota Highlander. Now not seeing the vehicle and just going by the description we made a decision to get it. Bruce gave us all the options we had and traded in the old car. Today we went to get the new car and my oh my what a beautiful car it’s. I highly recommend Bruce he made this happen when I thought it wouldn’t. Thanks again Bruce for being such a great person. B. Kirby is a pill. So is the manager and the finance person. If you want to be treated like a second-class citizen this is the place for you. We were looking for a used car that was in decent shape. The one we saw was in good mechanical condition. Cosmetically it needed a few things. They would not spend the $10 to replace the windshield spray nozzle. Image selling a car to someone when they cannot clean the windshield to see out of it, "customer safety" must be their moto. They absolutely refused to correct any issues like that. They claimed to have done a through vehicle check including all the fluid levels, surprise when we looked under the hood the power steering fluid was low, radiator was low, there was a dead mouse sitting on the frame of the car that had been there for a while. Ole B. Kirby couldn't care less showed no surprise or concern never even offered to get rid of it or fill the fluids as they had claimed to already have done. We did purchase the vehicle but that was a run around. Grieco refused to accept a personal check or a debit card. They expected us to go to the bank and then bring back a bank check or they would take a personal check and we would have to wait 10 days for the check to clear before we could have the mouse mobile. We decided to leave and let them keep the car. We got in the car and by the time we started backing out the finance person came out and said the manager would be kind enough to accept half the price in personal check and half the price as a debit. Wasn't that great for "us". Then they charged us $125 for going to the registry the normal charge is $50. Then of course their $250 document fee and I don't remember what other fees but it added up to about $500 over the real costs of the vehicle. Needless to say, we will not be buying from ANY Grieco location in the future. I would recommend that you stay away as well. I have bought many cars for myself and my 5 children I have helped other family members buy cars on numerous occasions this was, BY FAR, the worst experience I have been involved in. One more notch on the old Grieco belt. Good job boys, hope that new dealership your build ends up as a homeless shelter soon. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Greico Toyota that needed two simple bumper clips. They reassured me that the the vehicle would be fixed within 2 weeks. YES 2 weeks for clips. Found it to be a long wait but, we trusted them. After the 2 week wait we received no updates. So we reached out for updates. They told us the vehicle was fix ready for pickup. WRONG!!! 20 minutes after driving away my bumper along with the lining along with the accessories from the bumper flew off causing MORE damage. I reached out to the dealer on the side of the road because at that point my car was not safe to drive. Only for them to tell me. That it was my fault for being impatient. Yup it was my fault that they did not fix it within the weeks. Sorry but 2 weeks is more than enough time for two clips. They refused to take responsibility. Causing me to go through my insurance for help. Fortunately enough they understood and where apologetic for what happened although it was not their fault. My insurance referred me to a repair shop 1 mile from the dealership who confirmed the bad reputation that Greico Toyota has. They told me they stopped doing business with Greico because Greico would bring cars that needed repairs but expected the repairs to be done quick and chopped just to make a quick sale. Needless to say the repair shop cut ties with Greico for bad business. Greico gives Toyota a bad name due to their unprofessional rude staff. They are sharks!! What happened to serving the customer and customer service skills?!? STAY AWAY. And read the horrible reviews. The goods ones where probably paid for. Again STAY AWAY More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I purchased a car here in March. Come to find out it would not pass inspection. I reached out to Aimee and asked her if they could remedy the problem I purchased a car here in March. Come to find out it would not pass inspection. I reached out to Aimee and asked her if they could remedy the problem. She told me they would not fix the problem but to take it to another shop and ensured me they would reimburse if I sent her the invoice. Once i did that, she told they would not compensate me. Extremely unprofessional. They are selling cars that are NOT ROAD LEGAL. Now I can’t get ahold of them. More

I recently had my Tacoma serviced and had a pleasant experience dealing with Brad. However, when I brought up a concern of some minor damage that my vehicle sustained while having the tires replaced, my experience dealing with Brad. However, when I brought up a concern of some minor damage that my vehicle sustained while having the tires replaced, my concerns were dismissed. I understand that it is difficult to find good help these days. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority anymore. Although I have had mostly good experiences in the many years of dealing with this location, I find it difficult to believe that I will be returning for future service or purchases. More
I want to reiterate the criticism in some of the other reviews that I had, unwisely, chosen to ignore. This morning, Grieco listed two used hybrid highlanders in inventory. I emailed them to set an app reviews that I had, unwisely, chosen to ignore. This morning, Grieco listed two used hybrid highlanders in inventory. I emailed them to set an appointment at about 1 in the afternoon and received a chipper confirmatory email telling me that the one I liked was available and I should come on in. So I set an appointment for 7 PM. When I arrived, they had no idea who I was and told me I was probably speaking to their call center in Florida. First big warning sign for me - OK you want to move your customer relations out of state, fine. But in this day and age you can't have your Florida minimum wage employees get the details to the RI dealership employees the same day?! Optimistic, I proceeded to joke with the salesperson (who was perfectly nice) and pull up the car I was interested in on my phone. She said she would go get the key. She came back in 5 minutes to tell me "That car sold last night. Our system doesn't update until the next day, so they wouldn't have known in Florida." Strike 2. Again, what computer system in this day and age doesn't update inventory instantly? Something smells funny. Then the salesperson proceeds to say "Unfortunately we don't have any other used hybrids on the lot. Is there something else I can interest you in?" STRIKE 3! There were TWO hybrids listed on that lot as of this morning. Are you telling me that both of them sold last night?! Now this smells to me more like a 'bait and switch.' List a desired vehicle in inventory to get me on the lot, then tell me it is gone and try to sell me something else. That's just being a gross human being and a time-waster. My business has gone elsewhere. It could be that they did sell both cars today. I don't know. If that is the case, then they are just grossly incompetent on the technology side and I would encourage people not to go there because do you really want someone using computers from the 1990s? The alternative is worse - that they are fraudulently listing inventory they don't have to lure in customers. Given the number of reviews that report arriving onsite to find that the car they wanted was recently sold, I have this sinking feeling in my stomach that this may be the case. I try to think the best of people. There is a rule called Hanlon's razor: "Never attribute to malice what you can attribute to stupidity." I'm going to just say that they should fire their xxxx Florida call center and hire real Rhode Islanders if they want to be a Rhode Island car dealer. But you've been warned. YMMV. p.s. As of my writing this review, the car I was interested in is still listed as available on their website even after the sale person told me the 'computers had been updated.' Hmmmm. More
