Horrible customer service, keep clear! Use to be a loyal customer and recommended their service department on a regular occasion. Went to take my truck in to have regular maintenance done (oil change/tire customer and recommended their service department on a regular occasion. Went to take my truck in to have regular maintenance done (oil change/tire rotation) and wanted them to take a peak at the wheel well where their was a noise coming from when I turned real sharp. They wanted $102 to look at, not even to repair? I questioned the charge because out of all the years taking my dodge trucks their I have never been charged a fee to look at. The norm is; I ask them to look at, they diagnose, tell me how much, and they get it done. I called the manager Paul about this and the first words out of his mouth was did I purchase our vehicles their? Guess this is because it will affect the level of customer service I will be given. Paul passed me off to his head of the service department Ken, who instead of trying to retain a regular customer and take care of me, questioned my loyalty? Wow, something that could of been so easy. Change the oil, rotate the tires, and take a look at the problem. Their not the cheapest in town but that did not matter to me because they took care of me, until today. Must be new management or owners becuase their is definately a change in the customer service level. Unless you bought your vehicle their, do not bother! More

I was looking for a Jeep with vinyl or leather, which can be hard to find and Enrique immediately had a solution for me. I had called a lot of other dealerships before talking to Enrique and I was very happy with is willingness to find me EXACTLY what I wanted without trying to sell me something else. His customer service continued in this manor for the rest of my time there. He educated me thoroughly about the warranty details and ALL of the features in the Jeep I bought. I left feeling confident and knowledgeable. I also traded my car in and got a deal that was very reasonable and left with the Jeep that I had been looking for without having to make any compromises. This was the first time I left a lot in a car that I wanted, feeling good about the deal that was made and the experience. I couldn't have been happier. More

Wil made the financial experience of car buying easier than we have experienced in a long time. I would recommend this dealership due to the salesman Enrique"s charm as well as Wil's wit. Enrique is full of stories and can keep you entertained while waiting for the paperwork to get done and the car to arrive (if you have to wait for it to transfer from another dealership). He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking at and gave us a good test drive area to drive. As much as buying a car can be a royal pain these two men can make it fun and easier than normal. I came in following a very difficult personal situation and needed to trade in a car for something else. This was an unexpected purchase for me and by all means with my emotional state, I could have easil and needed to trade in a car for something else. Wil, Andrew and Barry were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I never once felt pressured to look at or buy something I didn't need or want. (I didn't even know what kind of vehicle I was going in for. I just explained to them my needs and they helped me find a suitable match.) These were a wonderful team of gentlemen to work with and I'd return to them again to buy from them. I highly recommend anyone looking at Dodge cars to check out this dealership. More
Everything was very pleasant except for the length of time it took to get the paperwork done. Also, the wash job was not up to par, thought they could have done a better job. We were so delighted with our first Dodge Avenger purchased in 2009 that we purchased another in 2013! Went for a test drive in early March for a car I knew was about a month away from buying. Dick Lee (the Salesman) was very curteous and went on a test drive with me. Of course, he had to ask if I would listen to a deal they would offer me that day. After I declined, Dick was still polite and asked if he could have my phone number. After giving it to him and heading home, he followed up later that week to inform me about a manual transmission car (test drove the automatic) had come in and wanted to see if I was interested it testing one of those. After about a month, I was finally ready to buy and saw an internet price for the car I was buying. I called Dick and asked if the car was there and if the price was good. He went to check and called me about 20 minutes later, telling me the car was there and for the price I was expecting. I told him I would be out in 45 minutes to take a look. When I got to the dealership the car was out front waiting for me so I could check it out. After looking to over and going on another test drive, I decided to purchase. We waited for a few minutes inside while they pulled my info, and then were taken into the Business Manager's Office for the paperwork. Of course, they have to offer you the extended warranties, but after politely declining Wil (the Business Manager) pressed on politely and efficiently. The whole experience took about 3 hours. Overall, I was glad I went and got a great price on the car. It was a nice experience because at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything and everyone was genuinely nice to work with. No games or pressure tactics, either, just a straight up business. More

I didnt feel pressured. You could tell Rikki was a little green. If he was unsure of something he had no problem finding out the answers.
