Worst car buying experience ever! no stars! Tried to sell it at a higher price than the internet price. They made us feel like we wasted their whole day when we only looked at 2 cars. Made us wait for hours with our two young kids while they fiddle farted around. We said we only had till 5 cause our credit union closes and they stalled till way after 5 to try to get us to use their banks. The place was empty yet they kept telling us there was 2 people ahead of us. We left exhausted and with a horrible taste in our mouth. Will not recommend to anyone! Go to suburban Chevrolet in sandy if you want to buy a car! More
Worst service department experience of my life Absolutely the shadiest service department I have ever visited. Absolute nightmare dealing with this place; 6 months of trying to fix my Jeep. So-called Service adviser Keith Weisberger is a fraud and attempts to rip off customers with parts they don't need. Service manager Steve Becker is a snake oil salesman at best. Been here several times with transmission issues they have been paid to fix, but have not been able to repair. They've been paid over $3000 and now refuse to repair the Jeep and refuse refund. This service department put me through the third degree and drug me through the gravel. Absolute worst service department I have ever been to; cannot emphasize that enough. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and filing complaint with Attorney General. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Don't wait until it is too late, and read the other reviews. I wish I had. I love American cars and mostly buy American, with occasional European, but no wonder American car companies are going down the drain; because of xxxxxxxx like these people. It also seems like a lot of their '5 star' reviews are fake... CONSUMER BEWARE! More
Waste of time So I go in to see about trading in my car for a new one. Everything goes fine then they tell me they can't do it. I get a call back next day saying they can make it work so I go in and they start talking poorly about my trade right in front of me. The at the end of it treid asking me for more money!!! I wasted all my time going out there to be talked about and humiliated never will ever buy a car from Dodge after this. More

So the fact that I'm taking the time to write this one means I was blown away by the amazing service I received while searching for my new car. I went in looking to trade in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk which had some software issues for a jeep patriot. I just wasn't feeling the Patriot at all. I absolutely love everything about the Trailhawk and didn't think a new one was a possibility for me. Well Caleb my salesman and Gary made it happen and I couldn't be happier. They did all they could for me from getting me a deal on my trade in to making sure I was comfortable with my new purchase. Even Easton from the Service department came out to make sure everything was going well for me. Thank you Caleb, Gary M., Gary C. and Easton. Best car buying experience ever!!! More

After only five thousand miles my engine blows up I have dealt with dealership and Jeremy in service is always good to me I do not like the fact that the dodge resolution team would only do a new motor it has been there for two weeks when I stopped for an oil change in there rental which is killing me in gas money they still had not even started I asked when and they said two weeks that put my truck in the shp well over two months now I'm tired of this they should have offered me a new vehicle with same specs instead of making me the customer consumer who payed them for a rig that I thought was reliable but they sold me a faulty truck and have no remorse of the stress it's caused me you would they would have said hey are product failed let's get you a new one for the trouble it caused me More

I went in on Super Bowl Sunday to buy a new 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Van as 2016 is the last year they ma 5 Stars given to Great Customer Service! I went in on Super Bowl Sunday to buy a new 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Van as 2016 is the last year they made vans. After checking a lot of dealerships in the area, only Gresham Dodge had new vans in stock. I had went in to buy the Anniversary Edition, but came to find out it wasn't the most fully loaded option Chrysler made. PLATINUM was the best you could get. Gresham didn't have one, but they found a dealership that did have one and also in my ideal color, it was Top of the Top. And we made a deal that night on the van and they bought it for me the 2nd day. The guys were great. After having had an awful experience at another Dealership the day before, I had told them all the problems I had. And all the guys seemed to understand my frustration and situation and not want to repeat it and strived to make sure my first car buying experience would be better with Gresham Dodge. And it sure was! Jay- was the guy that helped us out the first night and he was great to talk to. Eric- the main Sales guy was nice and attentive and worked with us to make a deal that night. Lars- the Finance guy gave us great advice in warranty and other options that were available etc. Jose- Partner with Jay and also the guy that we dealt with the following night when we picked up the van. He was REALLY GREAT and understanding and took over an hour to show me the van and all the options and buttons and synced my cell phone and made sure I felt comfortable leaving the lot that night in a new van. Stayed 1.5 hours after closing and made sure I was completely happy with the van and well acquainted with it before I left and that all my questions were answered. All in all I appreciated this as my life is very hectic working and having 4 little ones and I don't have time to read manuals etc Definitely recommend Gresham Dodge and will use them again in the future! Overall you get a sense that they really want the customer to be happy at the end of the day. And Customer service to me is very important! And I have the van that I wanted at the end of the day.... Branden, the Internet Sales Manager, made this an easy process. He answered all questions, responded to all my texts after hours and on days off. Once I was finally ready, Knowing I had agree to certain figures, he has the vehicle pulled up front and all clean for me to drive and we finished paperwork. No haggle or grinding from some creepy manager. Everything Branden told me was upfront, I Worked with Phil in finance and he made me laugh, got me a better interest rate and even got me a lifetime warranty! I left amazed, and in under 2 hours for all paperwork test drive and finance. Thanks to everyone for this excellent Experience!!! More

Lots of promises and no delivery We bought a used Dodge Ram pickup with 4500 miles on it. After we paid for it and did all the paperwork we were given one key. We were told that when it was traded in it only included one key. I said I definitely wanted them to give me two keys, especially since we had paid a premium for the vehicle. The salesman promised to get us a second key. When that didn't happen, over the next year we spoke with four other "managers" who promised they would get us a key. Not one even returned a call to us. We will never buy another vehicle from them nor have we serviced with them and never will. What a ridiculous lack of service. More
