I took my new 2022 Ram Truck that was under warranty for service. There were issues with the lights and the radio. They claimed they could only find an error code for the radio. I discussed with the servic service. There were issues with the lights and the radio. They claimed they could only find an error code for the radio. I discussed with the service manger and he spent a half hour explaining why Dodge won't stand behind any problems they can't produce a code for on the diagnostics. The tech Keith gave me a number to call that would supposedly give me an OK to get the lights fixed. I called the number and got a an OK to replace the light unit and got an order number. They then told me that they wouldn't honor that order number for the lights. I then went home and I videoed the problems with the lights and called the service manager back. He would not return any of my calls. I waited after leaving multiple messages, gave up, and went to get the radio installed. The tech Keith then told me they sent the radio back because I didn't come in despite me telling him I was waiting on the service manger to return my calls and claimed it cost them $3000 so they wouldn't put one in. I backed check his information with another dealer and found out that he was lying. Also, I found out that error codes reset after a certain amount of time. In my opinion, I would look for another dealership to do business with if you want a new vehicle. If there is a rebuttal from the dealership about this post, I kept records of everything I said here.
