Yousif is unprofessional, discourteous and lacks respect for his customers especially female, Black customers. I have a thread of text messages from him regarding the vehicle. Yousif is deceptive. Paul is professional, a leader, thorough and very helpful. The vehicle hadn’t had an oil change and filter replacement in nearly a year. The tire was severely damaged and the tire light was on and I was sent home in it. I have the text messages of my concerns. How many customers have been misled or potentially harmed by the staff and the vehicles at this dealership? Paul was able to intervene, get the severely damaged tire replaced, and service the car. I’m 100% disappointed and frustrated by the service I received from Yousif. I deserved better treatment. I also should have been provided more options and a better car. More
