BUYER BEWARE! This dealership will try every angle possible to take your money. I contacted Gresham after finding a truck with the options I wanted at a good price This dealership will try every angle possible to take your money. I contacted Gresham after finding a truck with the options I wanted at a good price online. They said they charge a small fee for delivery so utilized their "Shop From Home" service as I hate wasting an entire day at a dealership to buy a vehicle and I live 6 hours away. After spending the better part of a day with phone calls back and forth negotiating the value of my trade in, we finally agreed to the total deal. Which I didn't even haggle the sales price as the advertised price with rebates was less than anyone around. The next morning I took another look at the online listing and the price had gone up $3,000. The sale offer paperwork was sent later that morning and sure enough, the sale price was the higher price. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the price the day before and had to send that to them in order for them to honor the price. They then sent a revised sales offer, but this time the trade in value mysteriously changed from the first round. They broke out and considered my tax savings from my trade in equity as part of my trade in value and lowered my trade in value by that amount. After getting that sorted out, we finally set up a meeting time and place at a halfway point to sign papers and swap trucks. When signing the papers, I noticed that there was no charge for the delivey. When I questioned it, I was told that there is no dealer charge for delivery, that is what the salesman wanted to deliver. At this point, I felt like I was being forced to leave a tip for awful customer service. In the end, I got the truck at the price I wanted, but I would never do it again. All I can say for the people that have left positive reviews, they have no idea that they were probably robbed of thousands of dollars. More
