I trusted Simon and Paul but what they did was take advantage of a man with a dying wife. My vehicle came with deep unbuffable scratches they told me over and over they would have fixed, but after the advantage of a man with a dying wife. My vehicle came with deep unbuffable scratches they told me over and over they would have fixed, but after the second time I took it in to have that done, Paul said they had done all they could do about it. One person that I wasn't introduced to, whom I belive was a service manager said "that's ridiculous" that I wanted the scratches to be fixed. He also said he didn't care that I paid $47,500 for it. I'm now talking to legal counsel on the matter. More
WARNING! !! BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO GRESHAM CDJR! VILLIANS!! I do not know where to begin with the horrific experience I had at Gresham CDJR. I own many Mop !! BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO GRESHAM CDJR! VILLIANS!! I do not know where to begin with the horrific experience I had at Gresham CDJR. I own many Mopar Vehicles, a Chrysler 300, a Dodge Charger Daytona, a Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona, a Ram Tradesmen, a Ram TRX Level 2, a Ram TRX Sandblast, a Dodge Charger King Daytona, and a Ram Mega Cab. I took in my Ram Mega Cab for general service, a warranty issue and recall. While they were working on my warranty issue, they ended up breaking my steering column and then denied it until the next morning. I went to pick up the truck as they told me that it would be a few weeks while they waited for the part to arrive for the warranty work. As they were pulling up outside of the service door the guy parking truck slammed the shifter into park and made the vehicle stuck in park. Not only did they blame me and treat me as I purposely did it they did not acknowledge the wrong doing until the next morning. They were extremely rude and they also did not apologize for us being required to leave the truck there for two additional days to be corrected while also wasting over an hour or two of my time by going there, sitting outside the service doors while they figured out what was wrong and then being required to return home without the truck. The sad thing is that this is the least of my worries. After they fixed my truck, they offered to wash it. Mind you that this is a Black Mega Cab that has been ceramic coated and is a beautiful truck. I said thank you for the offer however please only wash the truck if it is a Brushless Car Wash as my truck is dirty and when it is washed it is only hand washed using the two-bucket method. They said its brushless do not worry. When I went to pick it up the truck, I noticed it was half washed which was odd. I was headed to my nephew’s birthday party so I did not notice the problem until that night (Saturday). My ENTIRE TRUCK GOT STRACTHED!!! ALL OVER! THE TAIL LIGHTS, THE DOORS, THE BED, EVERYWHERE!! I took it back in on Monday and said what did your dealership do?? They finally got the tech/wash person to admit that they brushed my truck! They said they would fix it and correct the mistakes they created however they now refuse to fix my truck!!! They said they will only fix some of the scratches as the bad deep scratches that require paint correction, etc., must have been there prior! PATHETIC AND DISHONEST!! If they never messed up my truck, I would not be writing this review or dealing with this problem. They make millions of dollars; they mess up the truck and then they blame me for the deep scratches. I have a KING DAYTONA (one of 300) and is has 13 Miles, I have a TRX Sandblast with 62 miles on it. This truck is not my daily driver and has been pampered since day one! All my vehicles are pristine! I am writing this review to warn the general public!! EVEN WHEN THEY ADMIT TO WRONG DOING THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONISBILTY! TERRRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! TERRIBLE!! THE GENERAL MANAGER AND THE SERIVCE MANAGER NEVER CALLED!! DEALERSHIP LACKS CLASS! IF YOU GO THERE BE SURE TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON RETAINER JUST IN CASE! AND I WOULD BOYCOTT ALL TIME AUTO OWNED DEALERSHIPS AS I WOULD GUESS THIS IS A COMPANY WIDE MIDSET OF DISHONESTY! More
I was most Impressed with Sales Representative “Ben”. I can’t remember ever going through the car buying process, where my wife and I were listened to regarding what our car family needs are. As a resu I can’t remember ever going through the car buying process, where my wife and I were listened to regarding what our car family needs are. As a result “Ben” was able to point us to a vehicle that checked all our boxes. Thank you and great job Ben. Thank you, Eric & Kimberly More
I was dealing with Tate in OR, while I reside in WA. I contacted a number of dealers within WA state for the vehicle I was interested in. I presented the offer on the vehicle and not a single dealership I contacted a number of dealers within WA state for the vehicle I was interested in. I presented the offer on the vehicle and not a single dealership was willing to match or come close to it. When asked about the numbers on the lease and the money factor, they have no idea how they are being calculated. Tate on the other hand without any hassle presented numbers which were very much close to where I wanted to be. No complications, no markup. A bit more back and forth and we settled on numbers. I was still skeptical making a 3 hour drive from WA to OR to sign the papers, but once I met Tate, all was already in order! Such a smooth transaction. Highly recommend! More
I've bought a lot of cars over time and I didn't like or appreciate the experience I had with finance. The additional warranty and gap insurance I didn't want was added and I had to have it removed after s appreciate the experience I had with finance. The additional warranty and gap insurance I didn't want was added and I had to have it removed after stating once already I didn't want it. Then I was told that I had to accept the anti-theft package for $399 and locking wheel lug nuts for $98. I was told the anti-theft package could not be removed, it was added to all cars. Only after insisting on having my deposit returned, was it removed from the order (and nothing was removed from the vehicle that I know of). I was surprised by the interest rate and I stated that it didn't align with info available online, but was shown the loan sheets from the banks they ran my credit through. 3 had declined, and Chrysler had approved it at 12.3%, and I was told the dealer was buying it down to 11.9% and that was the best they could do. However, when I signed paperwork, the financing was with Ally bank, the only bank my credit was run through where I wasn't shown the loan sheet with the interest rate or approve/decline result. Given that after seeing the Chrysler sheet showing a payment of $491 and being presented with paperwork for $618, that included warranties and insurance I had already stated I didn't want, and anti-theft I didn't want and was told couldn't be removed, but later was removed when I made it a dealbreaker, I can't help but be suspicious. It's not what I would describe as a "good experience". I've seen this type of treatment and experience before, and if it weren't for the Compass being advertised on the Internet at a price that no one else would publish (other dealers were going to make me work for the best price), I wouldn't have completed this transaction. I didn't want to start with a price that required negotiation and all that entails at another dealership. The published discount saved this deal, otherwise I would have walked and never returned. I've had a lot of good experiences where the dealer was helpful and trying to make good things happen for me, and I've had experiences where I felt the dealer was out to serve their interest at my expense. This experience felt like that later and will keep me from visiting this dealership again. I will not shop this dealership again. The salesman (Jim) was great to work with, but when it came time to do the financing, someone else took over and it was high pressure and misleading from that point on, creating suspicion about the loan rate I received, especially after seeing the final price inflated with warranties, insurance, and anti-theft that I didn't request, and wasn't stated upfront or shown on paper until I make it clear I knew that payment didn't align to the purchase price and interest rate offered. Why dealers behave this way is beyond me. It must work though, right? I'm surprised that it's so successful that it's worth burning the bridge with customers like me, who know what's going on and won't return. In an effort to squeeze me for every dollar, all the way down to ~$500 after failing on inflating the order with warranties and insurance I didn't request, a potential longterm customer was lost. The Compass I purchased was for road trips because the 2018 Wrangler JL I have has been highly modified (it's a 6-figure off-road dream) that only gets 14 mpg. I own 2 Jeeps now, and I'm a fan of Mopar. The vehicle I had prior to the Wrangler was a 2017 Charger Daytona 392. It doesn't seem smart to me to give a customer who's last 3 purchases were Mopar, the experience I had. More
