Back in October 2024 I took my Dodge 3500 into Gresham Dodge for service. Once work was completed someone took sit out for a “Test” drive and ran into a pole of some sort causing about $15,000 in damage. Dodge for service. I returned the vehicle 2 and 1/2 weeks later. At that time, they said they had no loaner to give me. I also left 2 messages requesting a call from management which never came. They had possession of my truck through part of October and all the way into March of 2024 (5 months) and offered no compensation for my loss of use. If you choose to use Gresham Dodge understand the customer is not number 1. As a side note the shop that did the repairs (Not Gresham Dodge) did an excellent job. More

I went in for a service appointment and saw a new model I liked and thought I might as well test drive it. I really liked it except the color, I had looked online earlier and saw a couple that were more wha liked and thought I might as well test drive it.
