Went into this dealership a few weeks ago to buy a new truck. The salesmen didn't have a clue about the truck. 10 min online and I was more informed. I also asked for him to email me pricing, he didn't. I truck. The salesmen didn't have a clue about the truck. 10 min online and I was more informed. I also asked for him to email me pricing, he didn't. I called back asked again for an email, which he promised, "the ball just got dropped" he said, never heard from him. I am a cash buyer and I coudn't spend my money here. EC was a nice enough guy, but what a terrible listner. I would say I am looking for x and he would hear Y. The guy didn't listen to a damn thing I said, i told him I didn't need financing and yet he kept wanting to talk about the lowest possible payments. Unfortunatly, I was far more informed than this guy was on their Ram trucks. Coming from someone in sales, when someone is hot ready to buy, like I was, call a brother back, send an email, work for your deal man. Instead, they didn't do anything other than take me for a test drive when I walked onto the lot. I called back trying to get EC for one last chance a few days ago, got Bryan who said he wanted to help me. Asked about pricing on the internet price and how much wiggle room there was (as I had already gotten them down below sticker in early negotiations) he said there was none and never would be per the sales manager. Seriously guys, this dealership was 10 min from my house and instead I bought a Ram 1500 Big Horn from Tacoma because the guy was willing to just send me a few bids. I guarantee I will never visit here for service, this place is just a bear trap for unsuspecting buyers who want to get swindled and forced into something they didn't want. The bad news is for Gresham, is that I will be going up north to buy a Challanger in a month for my wife. Note to Gresham Dodge.. get it together man, get some decent knowledgable sales people. You would have had me for at least $65k had you been willing to make even the slightest effort. More
Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had, and I buy a new car every 3 years. They baited and switched the price on 5 different occasions, then called me a liar, and gave me attitude about and I buy a new car every 3 years. They baited and switched the price on 5 different occasions, then called me a liar, and gave me attitude about it. Didn't honor their own Internet pricing. I'm the customer-- EARN my business. Poor selection, the worst customer service I've ever had and eventually I walked from the deal because they kept upping the price every time we talked. Judging by other ratings, it seems to be a trend. Buyer beware of this nightmare!!! More
If you want to be ripped off and lied to from the time you walk in until the time you leave, this is the dealer for you. The finance manager said I had to purchase an extended warranty and “northwest prot you walk in until the time you leave, this is the dealer for you. The finance manager said I had to purchase an extended warranty and “northwest protection package” at time of sale. I had previously purchased extended warranty on another Dodge and knew the information was inaccurate. The "Northwest Protection Package" was reportedly already on the car in a clear coat and stain resistant spray. The finance manager added the two warranties to my contract and would not allow me to read documents prior to signing. I had promised my daughter the car and already spent 9 hours at the lot. The sales manager, Mike Kenny, assured me I could cancel the extra warranties and have my money refunded but said we needed to complete the sale that night so they could process the information for the date it was approved. I arrived at the dealership before noon and was in the building 40 minutes past closing. I called to cancel the warranty the following Monday and was told there would be a $300.00 charge to cancel one warranty and I could not cancel the other. The warranty company’s names were kept off contract and the wrong policy was listed on the paperwork. I later found out it was not even a manufactures extended warranty as I was told it was an after market warranty that was not approved or recommended by Daimler/Chrysler. Gresham Dodge did not even send payment or contract to the company after collecting it from my credit union. I had to provide the warranty company with a signed copy of the contract when I attempted to use the warranty. I was informed that Gresham Dodge did not submit the payment or contract. I wonder how many people never used it and Gresham Dodge just kept the money. I have been informed that the sales and finance manager have both been terminated and several representatives have admitted that both employees’ provided “inaccurate information” to several customers but no one is willing to make it right. The general manager offered to help correct the errors but refused to put anything in writing and later refused to correct the problems as promised. The service department has been honest and very helpful. The service writers, mechanics and service manager, Jim Bybee, have provided excellent service and accurate information for repairs on several occasions. I personally hate the dealer but appreciate the honesty and friendliness in the service department. More

The dealership will not tell you if they have financing for you. They are submitting your credit multiple times without authorization. If you are not able to be financed, the delerswhip will not tell you for you. They are submitting your credit multiple times without authorization. If you are not able to be financed, the delerswhip will not tell you that at all. You are only sent business letters from financers, explaining their actions. The dealership employees in the sales and credit department are not honest or truthful, quite unprofessional. Whether or not Gresham Dodge can help you get a vehicle, they have an obligation to tell the customer. It does not take weeks to hear for a reply. More
