I was originally working with another dealership in town, but when things began to get difficult I called Gresham Chrysler. From start to finish, Art Marambe was amazing to work with. Not only did he jump through hoops to find me exactly what I was looking for, but he did it quickly and with a smile. He was communicative & transparent throughout the process. Additionally, he got me quite a bit more vehicle for almost $100 less/month than the other dealership was offering. Art explained everything to me from finances to process to features on the car. At no time did our interaction feel inauthentic or as if I was just another sale. This experience was a complete 180 from what I was getting from the original dealership & sales person. The great experience did not end with Art's excellent customer service while we were finding my vehicle. Upon picking up the car, Art and Will (business manager) stayed late to accommodate us. Art took us through all the details of the car & then Will helped us with all the financing and paperwork. I never thought I'd say this about buying a car, but it was an absolute joy to work with these guys. I can't say enough good things about them. It wouldn't do it justice. I work in marketing/advertising and am a stickler for good customer service. Additionally, my father sold cars for 35 years, so I am familiar with the routine. This interaction is the best I've ever had in any large purchase. I rarely rave about customer service experiences, but I've continued to talk to friends, co-workers & family about the excellent service I received. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. And while I am sure all the staff is great, Art is amazing as is Will. I wish I had a reason to buy a cars all the time. Without a doubt, I will recommend them to the people I know & will surely return to them for car maintenance & future vehicles. More

I first spoke with Wil Hatton and immediately felt welcome. He was friendly and introduced me to Art Marambe. Art was excellent...he showed me several different trucks; new & used. Since this is the first diesel truck I have owned, I had a lot of questions. He gave me the differences with the pro & cons of gas vs diesel. I never felt rushed. They didn't have the 4X2 that I wanted so he said he would let me know if he found one for me. Within a few days Art called to say there was a truck in transit that was perfect...and it was! I had to wait about a week for delivery but it was worth every minute. It was even delivered about four days earlier than expected!! Andrew Suvanvej did all of the paperwork and found discounts for me that I wasn't aware of (much appreciated). He explained the financing, licensing, etc. Again, I didn't feel rushed and he was able to answer all of my "dumb" questions. When I went to pick up my pickup, Art and Wil were there to greet me and make sure I was comfortable with everything. The license plates were already there and attached, which was a first for me. I was giddy with excitment and they all went right along with me in this whirlwind. I can't say enough great things about the way I was treated and how easy and comfortable the whole process was, from start to finish!! More
We went in on a cold and rainy night (around 6:30)looking to purchase a used 1500 listed on the website. When we arrived and started looking, Rikki was extremely helpful, especially since it was only his 3r to purchase a used 1500 listed on the website. When we arrived and started looking, Rikki was extremely helpful, especially since it was only his 3rd day working there, in helping us look at all of the used 1500s on the lot, but to no avail. We decided to wait & Rikki would call us if something came in, so we went inside to exchange info. Well, Art approached us asking what we were looking for, so we told him, and as my partner had pointed out earlier, Art mentioned that we could spend a bit more and get a new truck, covered by warranty. After some deliberating, we took a test drive. And immediately felt like we had found the truck meant for us! Well, after that it was a cake walk! Art did his magic with the numbers and William handled the final transactions fabulously. At no time was there any pressure, we both felt like everyone was upfront an honest and we walked out of the dealership a little over 2 hours later happy and with 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. Thank you to Rikki, Art And William for making the experience stress free. We WILL be back! More
Over the summer we worked with a salesperson to test drive a Ram pick-up. We were impressed with the vehicle but weren't quite ready to buy as we needed to sell what we had. Yesterday we decided we were ready to buy and found what wanted on their internet site and then worked with a couple of sales people via telephone to ensure it was still on the lot as we needed to drive 60 miles to the dealership. All went well and today we brought home a new Ram pick-up. The atmosphere was upbeat and friendly, and we didn't ever feel any pressure to immediately buy a vehicle. The truck we chose was already listed with a low price so no back and forth was required on the price, and everyone seemed to know what was needed to get us out of there and home in time for the Ducks football game. Well worth the 120 round trip in the rain. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle or recommend anyone else buy from Gresham Dodge. Thanks to Mingo, Terry, and the biz manager, William Hatton. My wife and I went in looking for a new truck. Fred was very helpful and knowledgeable. After picking out a truck we decided to think about it and wait as we had somewhere to get to. Fred and Andrew worked their magic and found the exact truck I was looking for. I went in and test drove it and fell in love. I had originally went to a large dealership in Vancouver Wa. but upon arriving there I found out that they didnt have the vehicle that I was looking for. I went on line and searched for the nearest Dodge de Wa. but upon arriving there I found out that they didnt have the vehicle that I was looking for. I went on line and searched for the nearest Dodge dealership and that is when I found Gresham Dodge. I called them and had the opertunity of speaking with E.C. He informed me that they had the vehicle in-stock that I was looking for so we headed over there. I was greated by E.C. when we arrived and was taken directly to the vehicle that we were looking for. He had good knowlegde of the vehicle and the options that it had. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then went inside to talk about the cost of the vehicle. Once we were inside we were treated very well, never hasseled, given plenty of time to make sure that we were comfortable with the deal that we were offered and made to feal at home. We were treated with getting to work with Andrew S. who was very helpful with trying to meet our needs as far as length of term on the loan, intrest rate and total cost of the vehicle. Once that we had agreed on the numbers we were introduced to their business manager William Hatton who explained all of the number as far as intrest rate, payment date and warranty options. I had initially went out not planning on buying a vehicle on that day because I wanted to make sure that I shopped around to get a good price and I made this known to E.C. and to Andrew. After we talked for a while and they were able to get me my vehicle for a very good price my wife and I decided that the experience had been so good that even if we shopped around and were able to find the same vehicle for a better price (which I dont think is possible) that the people at Gresham Dodge deserved our business since they had treated us so well and met all of our needs. I am very happy with the entire experience that we had and will definitly go back the next time we purchase a dodge/chrysler product. If you are in the Portland/Vancouver area in my opinion this is the only dealership you need to go to if you are looking for a Dodge or Chrysler product. More
Started with e-mail transaction checking on new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Visited dealership to have trade-in vehicles looked at. Told Salespeople if we couldn't get what we wanted for trade-ins and keep Wrangler Unlimited. Visited dealership to have trade-in vehicles looked at. Told Salespeople if we couldn't get what we wanted for trade-ins and keep our payment to approx. $350.00, we did not want to continue working on making a deal. We were happy with our vehicles and weren't desperate to buy a new car. We did not want to dicker back and forth until we were all frustrated. Dealer took our trade-ins for a drive and looked at what we owed on one of them and looked at their vehicle and came back with exactly what we wanted. No haggling. Met our price requirements. When it came time to sign all the papers, we were given all the information we needed in a timely, business-like manner. More
