Enrique is full of stories and can keep you entertained while waiting for the paperwork to get done and the car to arrive (if you have to wait for it to transfer from another dealership). Went for a test drive in early March for a car I knew was about a month away from buying. Dick Lee (the Salesman) was very curteous and went on a test drive with me. Of course, he had to ask if I would listen to a deal they would offer me that day. After I declined, Dick was still polite and asked if he could have my phone number. After giving it to him and heading home, he followed up later that week to inform me about a manual transmission car (test drove the automatic) had come in and wanted to see if I was interested it testing one of those. After about a month, I was finally ready to buy and saw an internet price for the car I was buying. I called Dick and asked if the car was there and if the price was good. He went to check and called me about 20 minutes later, telling me the car was there and for the price I was expecting. I told him I would be out in 45 minutes to take a look. When I got to the dealership the car was out front waiting for me so I could check it out. After looking to over and going on another test drive, I decided to purchase. We waited for a few minutes inside while they pulled my info, and then were taken into the Business Manager's Office for the paperwork. Of course, they have to offer you the extended warranties, but after politely declining Wil (the Business Manager) pressed on politely and efficiently. The whole experience took about 3 hours. Overall, I was glad I went and got a great price on the car. It was a nice experience because at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything and everyone was genuinely nice to work with. No games or pressure tactics, either, just a straight up business. More
