I was very suprised!!! I arrived and had already scheduled to meet with Jerry. Jerry was very polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy. Jerry showed me the truck models I was interest scheduled to meet with Jerry. Jerry was very polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy. Jerry showed me the truck models I was interested in (RAM 1500). As I compared the quad cab and crew cab, Jerry pulled the vehicles out for me to get a good look and inspect. We took the crew cab for a test drive. I was very happy with the experiance so far. I told Jerry that I was interested and that I had some stipulation on interest rates. He very quickly filled out the paper work and in no time, there was a deal in place, they had meet all my request. No going back and forth and no going to the back room all the time. They beat the interest rate I requested. The entire experience was easy, relaxing, and zero pressure. I was suprised how easy and quik the process was, maybe 3-4 hours total time from look, to test drive, to signing. I was very happy with Gresham Dodge, there staff Jerry and business manager William, polite and good people. I will have no problem with recommending Gresham Dodge. One note, I could not find a better price anywhere in the region. Gresham Dodge had the discounted price on the internet. I am like anyone else and do not like haggleing back and forth. The discounted price was unbelievable! Very happy! More

Car buying is never a fun thing. Andrew and Will hands down made my Purchase a truly great exPerience. They didn't have the exact grand Cherokee I wanted and Andrew found me the jeep with in an hour. Passed by Gresham Dodge last Saturday and saw the 2013 Dodge Dart Rallye on display by the street. I decided to swing in to take a closer look and MAYBE test drive the car. It just happened to have the tu Dodge Dart Rallye on display by the street. I decided to swing in to take a closer look and MAYBE test drive the car. It just happened to have the turbo-charged "Multi-Air" engine I was hoping to look at. I had been thinking of trading in my '97 Corolla for a while, and was considering Ford Fuzion, Chevy Malibu or maybe a Volkswagen. I only heard about the re-release of the Dart a few weeks ago, but it sparked my interest after reading the solid reviews. Anyway, "EC" (Enrique) met me as I made a bee-line for the car. I told him that I was interested in a test drive, and he basically said "Ok, let's go." We did a quick walk-around first and EC showed me some of the usually unnoticed features that demonstrated the quality of the car, such as the smoothe operation of hinges of the trunk, the solid door grips, the seemingly infinite glove box (literally goes up to my elbow when I reached in). EC wanted me to "get on" the accelerator, he encouraged me to do cookies and get a feel for the turn radius (hopefully his boss doesn't read this). Anyway, I definitely didn't get the oft-sensed vibe from so many salesmen to baby the car and not use up too much gas! EC let me have my way with the Dart. I was pretty much sold after test drive. But I told EC I wanted to look at another Dart on the lot. He didn't object at all. He led me to another Dart that had EXACTLY the only remaining feature not on the first car -- the 8.4 inch user interface "Uconnect" that allows you to control the radio/XM, the interior climate, phone, voice recognition feature, etc. I tried to hide my excitement somewhat, but I was basically sold at that point. We had to reach an agreement on price and my trade-in, of course. To make a long story shorter, I was satisfied with both in the end. I had planned on looking at other cars (the truth is that EC probably wouldn't have objected too much if I had told him I had to look around first), but I doubt I would have gotten a better car or better deal. Thanks to EC and the Gresham Dodge staff. More

Andrew, Gary, and William were all extremely pleasant to work with. They didn't waste my time. They cut straight to the chase so we could work a deal and I could be on my way. I honestly appreciated their efforts to make my car purchase as painless as possible. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. More

My experience with Gresham Dodge was a good one, I was looking for a car and looked on-line, built the car I wanted and hit send to dealers and Gresham was the only one that called me. They didn't have the exact match I was looking for but very close, I called when I had time to see them and 3 hours later I was driving home in my new car, This was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I recomend Gresham dodge for your next new car or truck purchase. More

He took the time to listen to what I wanted in a truck. I felt that he represented me as much as the company. EC was actually fun to work with. We spent approximately half a day together and shared personal experiences in our lives that made us who we are. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to Gresham Dodge and to seek out as their salesperson EC. The business manager I worked with was William Hatton. He took the time to explain every step in the process of purchasing a vehicle. When the final numbers were in the computer he carefully made sure that we both came to the same solutions. I really like the fact that he didn't attempt to hard sell products that I didn't want rather explained them in full detail and left me to decide. The mathematical process of calculating the cost of a car can be somewhat overwhelming to some people. I feel the William would take the time to fully explain the process to a math challenged person. The final step in purchasing the truck was easy and painless. Just a footnote----Our son Craig Ragan was the person standing by the girl in the Dodge Truck Christmas commercial 2011. The cabin that was built around the Christmas tree. More
