The seller Luis Plantillas provided excellent customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. The problem was with the financial advisor, who did not act professionally, as he changed the price service throughout the entire purchasing process. The problem was with the financial advisor, who did not act professionally, as he changed the price of the car several times, wanting to compulsorily add the GAP and maintenance fees when something different had already been negotiated. He also changed the interest rates several times, and the prices varied. As a store, they need to improve on that aspect. More
Will sell you a used car, knowing it has problems with absolutely no conscience. Then, somehow get your google review sent to review. Check out their reviews on yelp. Tate was great. He made my whole experience pretty cool overall. I think he could manage the entire dealership no problem. Maybe even become CEO. He made my whole experience pretty cool overall. I think he could manage the entire dealership no problem. Maybe even become CEO. More
I just wish goggle has a -0-star option! They didn’t even deserve 01 star for a review! There are 3 nouns I would include in my sharing: 1. 2008 Audi TT 2.0 Convertible Frontrak: the top They didn’t even deserve 01 star for a review! There are 3 nouns I would include in my sharing: 1. 2008 Audi TT 2.0 Convertible Frontrak: the top doesn’t work, please make sure you have extra $2,000 and above to add on their asking price ($6,980 ~ $7,000) so basically the car is above $9,000 ( HASNT included tax and service/documents fee and ACCESSORIES) 2.Waled: he introduced himself as a manager at this dealership, to me he is not too far from “a liar”, I am from Wa state, I did call to check and confirm the status of the vehicle, I did ask him is there anything about the vehicle i should know about because I am coming from WA, I don’t have time to waste, he confirmed “nothing is wrong”, and from the day we started talking about the car until the day we met is almost a week, he did not bother to mention a single word that the top convertible doesn’t work. When I arrived and took the drive test, I had to figure that out myself and all he responded to me is “I dont know it doesn’t work”. I am wondering how a manager of a dealership doesn’t manage to know if their vehicle has any problems for the whole week (didn’t include the time from Jan to March 2025 after they had the vehicle in their inventory stock) 3. Pat : an horrific SCAM, he called me and said“ I just took a different customer for a test drive, the car is perfectly, drove smoothly, that customer like the car very much, are you still coming?!” Then I came, when he was in the passenger seat with me for the test driving, he didn’t know a single function of the vehicle, i asked 10 questions , the answers were “i don’t know”for 9 questions. When i asked about the convertible top, “why it doesn’t work” he was like “ I don’t know” —> You don’t know everything about the car but you called me you lied to me, how I am supposed to buy a car from you, Pat ? —> The whole team is a Scam and hunger people just for $6,980. Is that a lot of money ? so that they had to make me wake up at 6 am to take a 3-4-hours- train from Wa to OR and another 3-4-hours- train back from OR to WA just to see the convertible car with the broken convertible top. It took me the whole day for this SCAM, I arrived Wa from OR at 11:00pm just to learn a lesson in Gresham. Oregon. I thought Oregonian is very kind and nice, opps sorry I was wrong and was not living enough in life to know the opposite reality. Wait but in contrast, I literally contacted Volkswagen dealership in Portland OR before this dealership, Volkswagen salesman told me in advance that the car I was looking at has some issues and they didn’t want me to waste my long travel, waste my time and efforts. They earned so much respect from me, that is called ethical practice in business, and that definitely is someone I would love to buy a car from. —> Summary: Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram : is UNTHEICAL (sorry your team showed it all to me about that today, too bad) Ps. After I got so pissed and returned the key of that 2008 Audi TT, Waled asked me “ Do you want to look at different vehicles —> xxxx NO - who want to do business with SCAMMERs, I had enough today, yes I will look for another vehicle but never at your dealership again, GOODBYE! Again, Waled unsamefully texted later: “the convertible top works manually” —> you are CHEAP AND DISRESPECTUL AND HAVE ZERO PROFESSIONAL - I am very curious who made you a manager ? Jesus! More
Im sure the dealership has every intention to deliver top service to customers. There is opportunity to give salespeople up front training on new vehicles, new technologies, especially when customers are loo service to customers. There is opportunity to give salespeople up front training on new vehicles, new technologies, especially when customers are looking for answers to questions (they don’t even know will be obvious). This responsibility belongs to sales managers and owners, insuring top dealerships stay on top. If it’s true one unsatisfied customer will tell 12 other potential customers of their experience, it seems a forward investment in training employees will help provide for a better, lasting business success. Second time buying from this dealership. They are always helpful and patient. The people I worked with do not make me feel pressured into buying more than I want to. They are always helpful and patient. The people I worked with do not make me feel pressured into buying more than I want to. More
