I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Matt was a friendly consultant with a great smile and readily put me at ease. During the test drive he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car, dealership and warranty options. He gave me different options to consider so that I could have the best car for my lifestyle. After my visit, the members at Infinity were extremely responsive and engaged though never "pushy". This dealership is great because they wanted to provide me with the right car, not just any car. The free arcade and ice-cream really helped entertain the kids while I was there. My husband and I had test driven an Infiniti JX 35 and decided it was the car for us, however, the dealer would not budge on the price. We used the website " True Car" and Gary called us from Gregory Infi decided it was the car for us, however, the dealer would not budge on the price. We used the website " True Car" and Gary called us from Gregory Infiniti ; we drove over to the dealership at 3:00 PM. The gentlemen we met with were professional, very friendly, and willing to be flexible. Later that day we drove home in our new car. It was a wonderful experience. I would especially like to express our gratitude to Matthew Colrain . Matthew was with us on our test drive. His friendly manner put us at ease and his knowledge of the JX35 was very informative. Matt did a great job (5+) and helped to make our experience at at Gregory Infiniti such a positive experience. More
Overall I had a very good experience from beginning to end at Gregory Infinity. I had primarily worked with Matt Corlain and he did a fantastic job catering to everything I could need as a customer and an end at Gregory Infinity. Calling all Car Shoppers!!!! I was shopping for a Calling all Car Shoppers!!!! I was shopping for a new/used car with a budget. Yes a budget. I believed to have only three models that I was interes Calling all Car Shoppers!!!! I was shopping for a new/used car with a budget. Yes a budget. I believed to have only three models that I was interested in, based on my wish list. I went to Gregory because my initial interest was in the Infiniti. Armed with my sword, body armor, budget, non negotiable and negotiable options I was met by Matt. It was such a pleasant surprise. So after some very thoughtful conversations on the why's and what's he was able to match up a few different makes and models that would meet my criteria. Let the test drive begins....I quickly found out that I would not be able to afford an Infiniti. And there was no push, no heavy sales pitching, no making me feel less of a buyer because I wasn't going after the 40K price tag. What Matt and Justin proceeded with was introducing me to options that were going to be tailored to my driving habits, my safety, my long term or short goal for the vehicle. The vehicles they hand picked fit into my budget firstly and pleasantly fit into the 'style' that I wanted, sprinkled with some options I would have never gave any thought to... all wrapped up in a cute little Mercedes Benz. Shows how little I knew...never even considered a Mercedes. I wasn't in a hurry by any means to buy a new/used car. I clearly stated that when we all met (Justin, Matt and I ) And they were STILL willing to help me find the right vehicle. So on with the test drive. Okay I know what your thinking,.. its a Mercedes what is not to like. And all and all the car lives up to its' reputation. There were some sounds that I wasn't familiar with, the ergonomics of course were completely different from my current car so all in all there would be a learning curve. We ever so briefly talked about purchasing the car after the drive here's my price.....here's your price..have a nice day. Yep very briefly. I said not ready, they said okay. That simple. I asked if they could have the car checked out and let me know what the sound was. They did. They called me back confirmed there was a minor issue which is covered 100% and guaranteed 100% and the took the initiative to get it fixed. Not because they had to but because it was the right thing to do. They were very proactive in having the vehicle thoroughly checked out, and made note of the sounds that I heard and thought maybe something was wrong. There communication and pro active attitude brought me back to test drive the little gem again. Full disclosure was presented. I was impressed with Justin and Matt's demeanor, willingness and thoughtfulness when we approached the buying cycle of the relationship. The car was prepped, papers presented and Justin and Matt took a generous portion of their time to walk me through the features of the car...phone, radio, options etc. It was a big step up from "my put the key in a drive vehicle" I was used to. No rushing, no sighing, no hurry up...just patience. It was a pleasure to be treated so well and too see Matt and Justin really enjoy what they do. If you are looking stop in, I promise it won't hurt. If you are unsure about what you really need or want, stop in...they can help you understand what would make the most sense.
