Great dealership. Professional staff came in to have my vehicle serviced that I recently purchased through them and helped me with all of my questions and made sure my car was in tip top shape. Not a good experience My wife and I were looking for a used Lexus. When we saw the car we liked, we asked if they would reduce the price a bit for some scratches on the dr My wife and I were looking for a used Lexus. When we saw the car we liked, we asked if they would reduce the price a bit for some scratches on the driver's side door, passenger & rear fender. The salesperson spoke to his mgr & said that they cannot reduce the price, however they can "buff" it out. So we fixed an appointment and when I came back to pick it up, the scratches were still there. Joey the Sales mgr said they cannot buff it out as it would require a new paint job, and there's nothing he could do because I had already purchased the car and then offered to give me a quote to get the car fixed. I would not have bought the car with the scratches had I known they would not clean that up. Also their "30 day return policy". I read it completely only after I had purchased the car. It says I can return it within 30 days or 800 miles and use the down payment towards a new car model I have no interest in. More

In the midst of the Coronavirus, I decided to go car shopping. Crazy, I know. While I went into Gregory Infiniti looking at a used car, I found a new QX50 that I loved.
