I wanted to discuss the options for pre-ordering a 2017 vehicle. The salesman offered little to no help, told me he had nothing to show me, didn't know what the 2017 Outback would offer or how it would be different from the 2016. He had little to no interest in showing or selling me anything. He had no interest in answering my questions! NEVER AGAIN! Not even for service. Went to STAR Subaru in Bayside and got much better service from Will. Unbelievable! More

The service dept employees need retraining in customer service as when you arrive you always dont get the last person that assisted you. Everyone there has a lack luster attitude as well which is why I have not returned there in over a year. More

Our DMV process was complicated by the fact that we were transfering Florida plates and renewing the registration. George made the time to review the actual fees incurred, followed up, and was an absolute professional. Below you will find details of my experience with Gregoris Motors Inc located in Valley Stream. I bought a certified 210 Subaru Outback used car with 26,637 miles. On the first day off the lot I noti Gregoris Motors Inc located in Valley Stream. I bought a certified 210 Subaru Outback used car with 26,637 miles. On the first day off the lot I noticed the following issues with the car: 1. The brakes were worn down, Oil change was not done, all the fluids were low, short in headlights, thread on tires worn, and an alignment issue. Told sales about this and they referred me to the service center. I contacted the service center manager Bob Capallino. He advised that they would look at the car again. Bob's service team did the following: 2. Changed the front brakes but not the back brakes, so when I went back for my 3 month oil change they charged me to change the back brake. 3. Rotated the worn tires to the back of the car (which failed inspection) 3. Changed the oil 4. Fixed the light issue 5. Neglected the alignment issue I would think that when you buy a certified used car they would ensure that all this is taken care of. Instead they sold a car that would not pass inspection 8 months later. Disappointed with with Gregoris Motors Inc, I was expecting a more professional dealearship and service:(. I walked in with the intention of buying a 2010 Legacy and not one salesman approached me no customers in the store and none of them were on the phone (all standing by/ around their desks talking). I had to approach a salesman who was very short and did not have the time for me so I left. I thought maybe it was a bad day for ALL of them and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried today called the sales department for a Tribeca and the response was we do not have it in stock and the young lady could not wait to get me off the phone. I inquired if they could get one as other dealers have suggested and she said the dealer said it's going to be difficult. Strike two.. this batter won't stay in the box for a strike three... I will emphatically dissuade anyone of my friends from using this dealership.. More
The service department is the worst I have ever visited in my life. The Manager Bob needs to be FIRED!! They were nasty, didn't care to resolve the issue, treated me with the worst customer service experie in my life. The Manager Bob needs to be FIRED!! They were nasty, didn't care to resolve the issue, treated me with the worst customer service experience ever, to the point of tears which didn't move them. I went back to the dealership and they really tried to fix the issue but at this point I am already scarred. Therefore to eliminate this issue I would suggest staying away from his dealership. More
We have leased 4 Subarus from this dealer. They are inflexible with the price, even when we leased the car the manager had, so it came with miles on it already, they would not negotiate. Subura of America charges you a 300. dollar fee to return the leased car! The dealer was enough but the long waits at the dealership for service, combined with the disorganization of the central subaru organization is enough for me to never want to drive them again. There are plently of all wheel drive cars out there, I suggest you look elsewhere for your next car. Lisa More

Very sorry we purchased from them.While we have had great experience with local dealers for Acura and Infinit, even with vehicles we did not purchase from them, Gregoris Subaru service department is just plain rude.
