was somewhat disappointed with the service I received. I made an appointment and dropped my car off early in the day, but I did not get it back until 5:00 PM. I was not expecting to be without my car for the entire day, especially since I had made an appointment in advance. I’m not sure why the service took so long to complete, and I would have appreciated being given a more accurate estimate of the time it would take.
