I came in for a sun visor issue - the part had to be ordered and I came in for my 8 am appointment. It took an hour & 45 minutes to replace. At the service desk it was implied that I damaged/ broke the ordered and I came in for my 8 am appointment. It took an hour & 45 minutes to replace.
