Worst service department! !! Lost my keys and needed a replacement. Had my car towed on Friday late afternoon, was called by Tyler and quoted $1800 to have my 2006 Toyota Sequo !! Was told they did not have the parts, so they would have to be ordered and would take 5 business days to arrive to the shop. My keys were found by a neighbor after her dog had carried them off on Monday evening. I called spoke to Tyler on Tuesday at 7:35 am, told him the keys were found and asked about picking up my car and what it would cost to get a second key made. He put me on hold to ask his service manager the price. He proceeded to quote me almost $400. He said that $178 was a restocking fee for the ordered parts, they didn't even have in their shop. I told him nevermind on the key because that was ridiculous. When I got to the service dept the employees were more concerned with their conversation about a game they were planning to promptly attend to a customer. Then i had to wait for them to track Tyler down for him to proceeded to tell me it would be $197 because of sales tax, that he failed to mentionon on the phone. And by his own omission, nobody had even touched my car, even though my receipt states an multipoint inspection was performed. Worse service experience. Side note I was not opposed to paying for a restocking fee but the amount for the restocking fee was ridiculous and the customer service was lacking severely!! More
Run, do not buy anything from this dealership. They are dishonest about pricing and their Sales Manager is a jerk. Avoid this place at all costs! If you are looking to repair your car they will charge extreme amounts and not fix anything. We were on the way back home to Ohio from Texas and our car broke down and this was the closest Toyota dealership. They charged us 800 dollars and we went on our way. All was fine for about an hour until even more lights then before started to come on and we were told by the Little Rock dealership that we had to go back to this dealership because they must have done something wrong and that they didn’t want to have to charge us. We called and were promised they would look at it before the closed, so we towed it back just to find out they lied and wouldn’t look at it until tomorrow. So we had to stay at a hotel and then the next day magically more was wrong with the car and they said it would cost 10,000 dollars. They had suggested multiple times that we had should just trade in the car and we’re being very sketchy and adamant even thought we kept saying that we had no interest. They said it would take a few days which we did not have and at this point didn’t trust a word they were saying. So eventually we decided we were going to tow it home and jump through a bunch of hoops after we were advised from multiple other dealerships including our local that said that what they were saying makes no sense. So we went inside to tell them we wanted the paperwork of what they were planning to charge us and the man claimed to have deleted it and we told him he needed to recover it and they eventually did begrudgingly. So in summary avoid this piece of crap place at all costs. More
Took my tundra in for an oil change they stripped and oil pan and said it was time for it to strip. Now wants over 2000 dollars to replace it. The truck was fine when it showed up. We went to Greg Orr Toyota and after testing found out that the alternator was bad. Luckily I had purchased an extended warranty. David was very helpful in processing the warranty. I also needed a belt which was going to cost an additional $230. After all said and done David gave me a discount so I only paid $168 for warranty deductible and belt. I’m grateful for all the help David gave me. More
I have worked for dealerships in the past, and I have no idea how the sales manager gets away with the bad attitude and lip that he does. Bought a car from this dealer for my daughter graduation and had a s idea how the sales manager gets away with the bad attitude and lip that he does. These people do NOT want you around after a sale. Rude, do not care to talk to you.., just a simple made a sale and get to hitting the road ! In no way family friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

The salesman, Triston Steed did a great job and the whole process could not have been easier. They had the service department manager see us and explain some things - I thought that was a nice touch. Overall we are satisfied the service we received. More
