Very satisfying and efficient. I called at around 8:15 AM to schedule my Escalade EXT for service and was told they had two customers ahead of me and they could work me in. I arrive I called at around 8:15 AM to schedule my Escalade EXT for service and was told they had two customers ahead of me and they could work me in. I arrived at 9:00 AM and they got me right in. My truck was serviced and had a new battery installed and I was out the door by 11:00 AM. My truck has 235,875 miles on it. It was delivered by Bett's/Willis' Cadillac in Des Moines, Iowa and has had nothing but Cadillac service since new. I pull a 35 foot travel trailer with it and get a lot of compliments on my tow vehicle. More
