Horrible service I can’t get anyone Alan, Kyle etc to send me a front license plate holder for my brand new Cadillac. Also when my car was delivered, there were fin I can’t get anyone Alan, Kyle etc to send me a front license plate holder for my brand new Cadillac. Also when my car was delivered, there were fingerprints all over the radio console which tells me the driver tried many times to make it work. I realized this when I got it here and couldn’t make it do anything. Alan’s solution to me was “go get it calibrated at your local dealer! We tried that, but the dealer here replaced the whole thing this week so for the 6 weeks I have had my new car, I have hated it since I travel 60+ mikes per day and didn’t have crap to listen to. Good thing the air was already on, or I would have burned up. This dealership does not handle employees very well either. I had a white ATS that I was ready to purchase and my salesman got the sale scooped out from under him to someone else by his manager, Alan. My salesman got fired that day as well. Hot springs got my sale but they don’t have any business trying to do business because their service is pitiful !!!!! More

Got home to find a recall notice for this emission and it would be fixed for free. They should have known about this recall and never charged me. More

Wife had unpleasant conversations with sales manager Jeff goiens. Sales individual mike Williams tried but had to get answer from Jeff. Promised call back but wife had to repeatedly call him for answer. Would not fix paint issue on trunk lid. Once got car home I decided to do a detail inspection under the hood and found 7 of the 11 engine shourd retaining clips missing. So much for detailing or inspection. Don’t know why or when removed. I am going to put on my lift and inspect underneath. During negotiations during purchase I was told we would get 2 oil changes and free car washes for a year. When we picked up the car I was told everyone who purchases a vehicle gets 1st oil change and then the 5th one free. I understood it to mean 2 free oil changes with no strings attached. Misleading by Jeff! More

Good to bad after the sales was completed. My Saleman drop the ball bye his own admission. Office making a complaint he now assure me i can drive to Longivew, Texas in which i live in Tyler , Texas and he order the bracket. In which my paper tag expired and i still waiting on it to be over nighted to me. I have not yet received my official tags for the car. Just recieved my paper tag extention about 1:pm. More
