Scheduled an appointment online for 8:30 AM on a Saturday, I was told that since I made my appointment online that I would have to be worked in and it would take at least 3 hours for them to look at Saturday, I was told that since I made my appointment online that I would have to be worked in and it would take at least 3 hours for them to look at my vehicle, it was supposed to be a quick oil change is all. David was not very inviting and told me there was no shuttle available though it was an option on the website. I have bought two cars here in the past 5 years and may consider going elsewhere in the future with my service department experience. My recommendations are 1. to do away with online scheduling, or manage online appointments better, 2. Don't offer shuttle service if it isn't available, 3. Give more accurate estimations of completion time, told me 3 hours and it ended up being more like 1, 4. Lastly, be a bit more inviting as the customer pays your salary. Thanks! More
