When my new car, with 1000 miles on it, wouldn’t start, I called Paul Ash, who came over immediately and took it back to the dealership, leaving a loaner for me.. This was about 9 AM. At 11 AM, Paul brought my car back to my house and said the battery had to be replaced, which surprised me because it’s a new car.
