When my air conditioning started acting up, Trent recognized the compressor was failing, but he failed to clearly communicate that nothing could be done until the part completely went out. Instead of being upfront, I was left waiting and given the runaround before the compressor ultimately had to be replaced under warranty. On top of that, I ran into billing issues that required far too much persistent follow-up on my end to get resolved. The one bright spot was Tiffany, who is very sweet and genuinely tries her best to be transparent with customers. However, communication across the rest of the service and billing departments needs serious work. Overall, it’s been a strictly middle-of-the-road experience. More

Ashton was by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with at any dealership. Very polite, professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable about vehicles and financing, not overbearing, etc. highly rec with at any dealership.
