Excellent Experience I wanted to take a minute to share what a great experience purchasing a new car was with Teddy as our salesman. He was very straight forward with wha I wanted to take a minute to share what a great experience purchasing a new car was with Teddy as our salesman. He was very straight forward with what he could do with my credit rating and helping me to buy a car. He worked hard to get me financed with an affordable payment. I too, was a coal miner who lost my job with Walter Energy making it hard for me to keep a good credit score. Teddy was understanding and empathetic having been a miner himself. He took the time to make sure he could get me financed before he had me come in and waste a lot of time. Definitely THE best car salesman I have ever dealt with. More

Overall Service No appointment was necessary and I drove right up to the service department and was waited on immediately. They keep you abreast of what they are doing with your car and how much longer it would be. The employees are very friendly. Every time that I come to get my car serviced, it's always a pleasant experience. The waiting room is always neat and clean with plenty of coffee and snacks. More

Disappointed I bought my car at Riverchase Kia and it was a great experience because of Teddy Frye. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service department I bought my car at Riverchase Kia and it was a great experience because of Teddy Frye. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service department. Last week I called to make sure I would not need to make an appointment and was told not at all just come in and we will take care of you. I came to have my first oil change on my Kia Sorento, drove hour and half to get it serviced only to be told that I would have an hour and half to hour 45 minutes wait. I didn't understand why it would take so long I had allotted about an hour at the most but sure hoped it would not take so long. But I had to pick up my grandchildren so was unable to stay that long. The lady said "oh it is alright you can go to 7200 miles before the oil change" This is totally opposite from what I have been told. So instead of my one out of three free oil changes I ended up paying for my oil change and am still upset by the whole situation and this was last Friday, February 3, 2017. More
