I had my car towed to East Orlando because when the car broke down (fuse) I was over there. Service was horrendous! So, I had it towed to Kia West. Back to my home base. These guys NEVER let me down. Waited 2 hours for an oil change knowing that the agent told me it should be done in 1 hr Max. Also, they filled up the washer fluid with regular water and I traveled to another state which caused to f told me it should be done in 1 hr Max. If I knew, I would never let them fill it with TAP water the gallon is like $2 only. Their is no explanation to that!!! More
