I don’t feel like my car was completely serviced. I had asked for a few things to be looked at and it wasn’t done and also I was told oil change and tire rotation was complementary for the first time I had asked for a few things to be looked at and it wasn’t done and also I was told oil change and tire rotation was complementary for the first time. Had a 8:00am appt, didn't get checked in until 8:30 due to a line. What's the point of an appointment? Service advisor was rude and had no idea why I was there for even though it was in the notes. Took all to a line. What's the point of an appointment? Service advisor was rude and had no idea why I was there for even though it was in the notes. Took all day to complete the repair and guess what???? Still not fixed!! My door still will not close all the way and I refuse to bring it back since this was a terrible experience all around. More

I have had 3 Kia’s from 3 different delearships and obviously I have had good experiences otherwise I would not return and greenway was not service. If my staff acted that way and like I don’t care and too bad attitude they would be fired We will not come back I am also complaining to the main office in Irvine California I refuse to be mistreated when purchasing a 43k car because staff are untrained rude unprofessional.
