Everything happened so quickly & seemed streamlined. The communication with Jessica was horrible. She called me 1 time and that was the initial call stating they received my car and they would do a Diagnostics Test and they need to replace the bat She called me 1 time and that was the initial call stating they received my car and they would do a Diagnostics Test and they need to replace the battery. After 1.5 day calling and leaving messages asking for her to call me back. She never called back. I finally got in contact with her. I asked if the car was ready. She stated oh your car needed just the battery. I tell her that I am on my way to pickup the vehicle and I would be driving 1.5 hour away. I get there no Jessica. Her coworker tells me that Jessica is left for the day and they didn't have any idea that I was coming. I pay for the installation of battery and leave for home which I thought. As soon as I left the parking lot the battery light and the steering wheel light is on. Thankfully a coworker Liz is still there and she runs another diagnostics test. The result is now I need a new alternator and the cost would be $1900 plus. I asked if could Jessica could call me the next morning. They wrote and placed the information on Jessicas desk. I waited until 3 pm the next day and decided to call Jessica because still hasn'tcontacted me. After I reaching Jessica I asked for the break down of the $1900 plus of course she couldn't. I decided that I would pickup my vehicle and take it to another place. More

Terrible Experience with This Dealership My experience at this dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Michael Carey, the salesperson, made the process unnecessarily complicated. He would tell us o at this dealership was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Michael Carey, the salesperson, made the process unnecessarily complicated. He would tell us one thing, but when we spoke to the management or finance office, the story would change. They even let us take the car home for two days, only for us to find out later that the bank hadn’t approved the financing. This was incredibly frustrating and misleading. On top of that, they promised free service for the first maintenance since the car had over 50,000 miles. However, when I went to the service department, they declined this offer, making it clear it was a lie. My stepson was also supposed to receive a referral bonus for recommending me, but they told me the salesperson who sold him his car no longer worked there. This turned out to be another lie because Diego Barroso, the person who sold him the car, is still working in finance at the same location. At one point, I thought I could trust another salesperson, Chrissie Paul. She seemed genuine but ended up being unreliable. She set an appointment with me, knowing she wouldn’t be available. Just because we share the same cultural background doesn’t mean I can trust her automatically, and she proved that. I’ve purchased two cars from this dealership, thinking I knew them well, but this experience has shown me that they don’t value honesty or their customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I arrived at 3:30 my scheduled time. Had a headlight connector replaced on drivers side. I did not leave and check out until after 9:00 pm. 5 1/2 hours. Worse service ever. Elizabeth Was my advisor very very snotty attitude doesn’t smile at all. I was given hope that my car will be taken care of. I only sent the car in for a knock sensor, but had A warranty that will cover a new engine if needed. I was approved for the new engine Until Elizabeth told me they couldn’t do the job due to my radiator had stopped leak in it. The worst part of all I tried contacting them for an entire month their whole entire service. Department never answers the phones, I even had to call corporate twice, and even they couldn’t get a hold of them president or Manager whoever the flash is he called himself is a terrible man. The first time I got to meet him, he didn’t even want to try to help me. He move straight to threatening to charge me $50 for a holding fee of my car or to pay the diagnostic fee and to remove my car immediately from his lot. If anybody wants to go to Greenway Kia stay away from them. They are the worst dealership you can ever deal with. They are scam artist and they do not care to help anybody. No wonder they’re always being sued. More
